Deven had just arrived at Louis corporation. He was in the parking lot when received a phone call. He took out his phone and scrutinized the name of the caller up, His expression darkened in an instant at the sight of the sobriquet of the caller.
"Speak!" Deven ordered.
"Sir I have acquired some information."A husky voice spoke on the other line.
"Go on!"
"Sir during my research I have stumbled upon a shocking information." The man on the other line paused for a while contemplating within himself whether to tell Deven about his findings or not.
"Speak!" Deven roared.
"Sir it's concerning the vampires. I have recently discovered that vampires are no longer in existence.I mean to say vampires have been extinct. Their habitats where they used to reside in is now lonely and isolated and there are no single traces of vampires since the 17th century."
Deven's brows creased upon receiving such information.
How could that be possible when it was those blood sucking demonds who ruined his life and destroyed his family. He could clearly remember that incident that led to his family's destruction. It was like a nightmare that kept hunting him and he had vowed to take revenge on those monsters and make them pay but how could it be possible that they were no longer in existence? No, there must be something fishy going on.
"Sigh... Anything else?" Deven questioned.
"No Sir. That's all I have to say. Sir is there anything else you would like me to do for you?"
"No, nothing else." Deven said and ended the call.

"Gosh I am so very late today, Maya is definitely not going to spare me that much I know. Oh my word, I'm in trouble." Emma kept blabbering to herself on her way to the office.
She was so distracted by thoughts of what Maya was going to do her that she didn't notice the chap coming towards her.
And...Boom! They collided against each other.
"What the heck!"

"Darn! I am definitely late for the meeting." Deven groaned and proceeded for Louis corporation.
He was in such a rush that he couldn't notice the frail figure coming towards him....
"What the heck!" Deven yelled.
"Ouch! That hurt, that definitely hurts." Emma whined.
"Hey miss, what the hell is wrong with you? Are you blind or something? Can't you watch where you're going?" Deven vociferated.
"Hey, hey Mr don't you dare yell at me okay?
You were the one who didn't watch your steps, I mean if you were focused on where you were going then none of this would have happened." Emma retorted.
"You are such a rude lady like seriously, you should be apologizing to me but instead you are talking back at me! Are you being serious? Listen up lady I'm a gentleman so I'm only gonna say this once, now you are going to pick up all of my files okay? I have a meeting to attend to and as it is i'm already very late so please don't waste anymore of my precious time." Deven demanded.
"Oh, oh, oh, he's the one who made the mistake and now he's asking me to pay for it! No way mister, I will not be pick up anything because you are the reason why your papers are scattered all over the place. I don't have time for this now because I'm late but if I did, I would have taught you a proper lesson." Emma retorted and left.
"Urgh, such a rude and ill mannered woman. If I had time I definitely would have taught her a proper lesson." Deven spat, picked up his files and left as well.
