When he finally got back to his room Caxon was not surprised to see that Will did not appear to be in the room. Most days after the close combat training he would stay with Aldus to continue their personal training.

Having advanced to the bronze core spending every night improving his mana core without any more mana stones would be much less efficient than it was previously. With this in mind Caxon wanted to use his improved core to increase his comprehension and control of the basic elements while also trying to understand the shadow element from Amon as much as he could.

For the first night he simply watched Amon do some simply things with his mana but he was not able to grasp the elements at all, however Amon insured him that it was normal since the basic elements were much easier to learn than the more complex ones, even advanced elements were hard to learn not to mention the transcendent elements.
