Hidden Fantasy-A Werewolf's Obsession

Chapter 40-Alessia

"I'm so sorry," I sobbed as I let go of him, tears streaming down my face.

"We'll meet again in another life, Alessia," Aiden murmured as he turned and glowed on his way inside. Just as the gateway closed, I collapsed to the ground and wailed so passionately that all of the lights and decorations in my room went out. Gradually I started walking towards the bridal gown Dad had picked for me and walked inside the bathroom. After I finished and walked towards the mirror and shuddered at my reflection.

Some of the wedding dress was still inside the bathroom since it was so voluminous. Dad entered the room, accompanied by a woman, and chuckled at me not even looking at the room which was a complete mess.

He cheered as he directed the maid to repair my dress, "Looks like you understand what I requested of you." She stepped up behind me and started pulling the straps of the dress tighter and tighter until I felt like I was choking to death and my waist getting engorged. I stared at Noah with melancholy hoping that I could find a plan to help him quickly. Is it possible that I could try the mind possession thing that I did recently?

"Ma'am, it's finished" The woman cheered. She left a large box of jewellery on the desk as she walked away.

"You have 15 minutes and we will be waiting outside," Dad said with a forceful grin and with that they both walked out the room slamming the door behind them. I sat down in front of my mirror and began cleaning myself hoping that I could get rid of the memories as well as the bruises. I quickly covered the bumps on my neck with concealer and began to place a huge oversized diamond necklace around my neck which began to cause a lot of pain. Then I placed a pair of long modest diamond earrings and some diamond bracelets around my wrists. I made a tight braid with my hair and began implementing diamond clips in it with a lot of pearls all around my hair as a decoration. After that, I slowly cast a protection spell over the door in hope that Dad would not notice it.

After I finished, I walked over to Noah and attempted to enter his mind, but he was too far away, but then it occurred to me. I gathered the power of the Bloodstone ring inside me as I clutched it in my palm. Red veins emerged all around me almost instantly. Just when sweat began to drip down my back and the windows shattered demolishing the entire thing to fragments, I came to a halt and poured all of my might into Noah's spells and surprisingly a huge blast of red power exploded from my hand. Instantly, cracks sprang all around him as I screamed as forcefully as I could, releasing all of my rage.

After a minute, the spells turned to sparkles, and the collision sent me backwards, knocking me against my desk and shattering the table and all the contents. I sprang to my feet and dashed towards Noah, eagerly grasping his hand. I was completely captivated by him as if he were forcing me to a location. When I first opened my eyes, I was taken aback by the sight that greeted me. In front of me was a rainbow meadow with flowers blossoming in the bright sunlight. The entrancing sun shone brightly across the sky. In that meadow there was a waving of the stalks, moving as if they were the very substance of this green and bonny sea. There was a casual grace in the meadow as if it had a peripheral awareness of its beauty yet would rather be at peace in this warm sun. It bloomed as if each petal was a bright memory.

"What are you wearing?" Noah remarked as he turned around to see him approaching me from behind. I gripped him as closely as I could right away making sure he didn't let go.

"You have no idea how much I missed you," I said softly as I embraced him letting all my thoughts melt into a pool of friendship.

"You know that I could hear you when I was unconscious right?" With a perplexed expression on his face, he questioned. I just gazed at him, taken aback by what he'd just said, and Noah burst out laughing.

"What's the big deal?" With a slap on the shoulder, I inquired.

Noah chuckled, "You had that exact face expression when we first met, but you weren't wearing a wedding dress that had 14 layers." I immediately remembered the first time we met and how we clicked right away.

"I'm going to cure you, Noah," I said him, my face mournful.

"That's the issue, Alessia...I don't want you to," he murmured as he turned away from me and resumed his gaze to the stunning scenery in front of him.

"What's the matter, Noah?" I immediately interrogated him.

"Alessia a Vampire killed me. They pierced my neck and drained the blood from my body, Alessia, and then they stabbed me in the heart with this golden stake. Alessia…" Noah came to a halt in the middle of his sentence, a tear pouring from his eyes.

"What is it, Noah?" I screamed at him, my eyes wide with concern.

"Alessia…In a melancholy tone, Noah remarked, "I'm turning."

"Into what?" I inquired, attempting to deflect Noah's upcoming statement.

"I'm transforming into..." As he dropped to the ground, his head lowered, he muttered, "A Vampire."

"Noah who did this to you?!" I roared to him with anger. Suddenly a portal appeared from nowhere and began sucking me inside. Noah held my hand and just said something.

"Alessia you need to choose between Logan & Aiden Alessia. They both give you happiness but you can only have one. Make the decision quick before it's too late" He explained as my thoughts began racing immediately.

"I don't know what to do!" I roared turning my face towards the vivid meadow.

"You have to make this decision Alessia but I only ask you one thing. Don't cure me Alessia. I don't want to be resurrected as a Vampire. I don't want a life full of suffering" Noah whispered just as a vortex appeared from nowhere and began dragging me inside with no stop.

"This decision is yours to make Alessia. Don't make the wrong choice or it'll ruin you forever" Noah roared as he grabbed my hand in full determination.

"Noah I don't want to leave you. Who was the Vampire Noah?!" I asked as my dress was being constantly sucked up inside the portal dragging me as well.

"It doesn't matter Alessia. I forgive them Alessia they only did it out of anger" Noah mumbled just as he let go and with one smile the entire scenery disappeared from my eyes. I was immediately thrown back into my room with my mind flaring from thinking about the decision that I was going to have to make.
