Recognition (part 03)

Upon exiting the hall, we were all greeted by a sea of dazzling gold and silver.

There were various sculptures and engravings everywhere, which exerted a kind of invisible pressure on everyone present.

There was a sense of oppression and majesty all around and even I couldn't help but be slightly stunned for a few seconds.

Looking better at the surroundings I noticed that the statues were all lined up next to each other forming a path towards a golden altar.

The silver engravings covered all the walls and there were many words in ancient language containing information.

Following the path formed by the statues, we climb the small flight of stairs before finding ourselves on top of a small altar.

Everything was richly ornamented and you can see that they were made by the best artisans of the time.

Mapping the entire space briefly and making sure there were no traps, everyone dispersed and once again, we started to collect the most diverse information contained therein.

Seeing each one busy with his own work, I walked closer to the altar and began to study it carefully.

The golden-silver color was a hallmark of the Primal Chaos Tribe, as were their richly detailed structures with minute curves and lines.

Arriving at the back of the altar, there was a plate with several characters engraved.

Running my hand lightly over them and writing them down for later analysis, I couldn't help but look closely at them and translate them.

"From chaos everything came and that's where all sins are healed"

"We thank the rulers of the universe for maintaining order"

"As bearers of your voice, we thank you for your trust in us"

"We offer our flesh and blood"

"To show them our position and express our gratitude"

"Guarding the Doors to Primal Chaos"

"We serve as the guards of this prison"

Seeing those few sentences, I couldn't help but go into deep contemplation.

According to the records, only the Primal Chaos Tribe knew the location and the 'key' to open the gates of Primal Chaos, so it was not to find such words engraved here.

Nonetheless. "Why do these few sentences left here seem to indicate something else?"

But I couldn't indicate what it was, it was as if something was missing...

Shaking my head to clear away such thoughts, I could only mutter. "There's nothing I can do but wait for our next meeting."

Remembering the other groups I couldn't help but reflect. "How is the progress at the other ruins?"
