On his tenth birthday, a young boy named Aiden receives a mysterious inheritance from his dead mother. Along with magical techniques to cultivate immortality, it also brings with it untold danger. Aiden must fight to stay alive in this kill or be killed world. Along the way he meets Marcus Sommerset, a genius in Martial theory who has been unable to cultivate due to mysterious illness that has plagued his body for his whole life. Utilizing the inheritance, Aiden strives to become a powerful Alchemist and stand at the top of the cultivation world with Marcus.
