EPHYRUS

         Ariadna felt like someone was pressing her down, she was uncomfortable but she couldn't move.

           She looked around her surroundings. There were a lot of people. She could not see their faces because of the capes. The place was a cave, and there were long golden stands with candles in them. She saw people drawing and scribbling things on the ground. There was a stone stand not far from them.

            "Let's begin." She heard a woman's voice but she could not see his face.

 Ella and Cyrus got to the alley, and Cyrus gave her a puzzled look. He was searching for pregnant women when Ella dragged him and he found himself following her like an idiot to an alley. 

         He has been trying his best to avoid her because he still likes her.

           Something isn't right?"  Ella paces back and forth.

      "What isn't right?"  Cyrus asked her.

 "Trent was nervous and then scared and then furious." To Cyrus, her words were like slaps on his face. It was a reminder that Trent had marked her.

        "Why would he be going through that?" Cyrus asked.

 "I do not know but something must have happened to get him all worked up." Ella was nervous.

    "He went to save a pregnant woman named Ariadna." The tiny voice rang through the walls of the alley.

      "What was that!?" Ella looked around for it. "Hide behind me, Ella." Cyrus grabbed her arm and pulled her behind him.

      "In the cave, Lady Amorah stood near the higher ground while the others looked up at her.

            "Today, we're going to revive the ruler of the world!" the people stomp their feet on the ground.  "Two women held her and forcefully dragged her to the middle of the circle and lines that met the other end of the circle with words scribbled in it.

          KC ran over to Amorah. "Trent is coming." Amorah clicked her tongue. "That bastard of mine. Call all our powerful members to delay him, until we're done." KC bowed his head before leaving.

              Lady Amorah went over to Ariadna who weakly looked at her. Amorah started muttering her eyes turned completely black.  Ariadna's womb began to grow larger and larger and she suddenly went into labor, Amorah dropped a small amount of the cheat potion. 

          Ariadna began to scream in pain. Two women came to assist her in the birth of her child.

          Trent's smoky wings were out as he fought with a sword and shield. 

              The cries of the baby filled the cave. The women carried Ariadna from there and laid her aside.

         "Give me my baby." Tears fell from her eyes wetting the stone ground as she stretched out her hand at Amorah who was holding her son.

          A man dragged an old man into the room, followed by seven men, among the men was Elder Potter. They placed them in a circle. "The old man is a blessed child, the last time failed when the HOJ interrupted," Milli said to Lady Amorah

         "The rumors and the books I spread helped people believe that if they sacrificed the blessed child they would become immortal. They do not know that by reciting the old text I wrote; their souls will switch to the underworld with the chosen spirit in the underworld.

        The men seemed to all be in a trance. "recite what's in front of you."  Her followers shared the papers with them and they began to recite them.

         Blue lights started coming out of the inscription in the large glyph.

       Their bodies and that of the blessed child were covered in blue light for a few minutes, the lights disappeared and the entire cave went quiet, except for the commotion taking place outside. 

                  Trent looked at the five Elders standing in the air facing him.

          Elder Morgan, Elder Tobias, Elder Titus, Elder Martin, and Elder Damien. 

"I wasn't expecting you to be all here, why are the Elders of Ehteran working for the enemy?"

 Trent asked them. "Simple, we believe in Lady Amorah's cause."

 Trent nodded his head with a hmmm.

 In the cave, the seven people got up from the ground, and the blessed Children served as a key to the underworld. "Finally, I am in human flesh!" one of the men shouted in excitement. "I can poop and I can eat and sleep!" they touched their new skin. 

        "Elder Potter!" Amorah called out but there was no reply. The soul doesn't seem happy about his new body. He kept touching the sacs under his eyes.

        "The old among you!" the man turned to look at her and he pointed at himself. Amorah rolled her eyes. "You're the only old man among them.  He walked over to her his eyes showing his disappointment.  "Go and help the other Elders, we need to stop Trent from interrupting the ritual." "Got it." The man said he was about to leave when she called him back.

              "One more thing, do not hurt him, he's the future ruler of the world." The man nodded before super speeding out of the cave.

         "Bring me the baby!" Milli was now the one holding the child who was crying vigorously. Ariadna stretched out her hand, she cried because she was too weak to help her child.

        She placed the baby at the center of the glyph. She started muttering some magic words.

 She poured the cheat potion into the glyph and the baby kept crying.

         Elder Potter summoned the family dragon. He flew into the air where Trent was fighting five people at the same time. Elder Titus froze his arm. Trent covered his body in black flame and melted the ice completely. He threw a ball of black flame at Elder Titus. The Elder dodged but he bumped into someone; to his surprise, it was none other than Trent.

              "Sleep," Trent commanded and the man fell from the sky and landed hard on the ground.

        Unbeknownst to Trent, Morgan was behind him, A snake crawled out of Morgan's sleeve; it bared out his fangs just when it was about to bite Trent, A large burst of flame shot at him, and it burned his snake and his arm the elder screamed in pain and backed away. 

         "Your Highness, Elder Potter slightly bowed his head.

         "Elder Potter, what a surprise to see you out here, I hope you didn't get lost while taking a stroll. The old man shook his head.

      "How are you still in your body?" Elder Potter was as surprised as Trent.

       Ariadna kept staring at her crying baby, and soon his body began to stretch and grow. He was now a child of five. Ariadna's eyes widened in surprise. His legs and hands grew longer and his face changed form and he now was a teenager. Ariadna's eyes danced in fear and shock; her pupils constricted.

          His chest grew broader, his arms and legs grew longer and muscular, his hair grew longer, and he now looked like a twenty-five-year-old man. 

          Amorah smiled happily and her eyes glistened with tears. "Ephyrus, You're finally back." She sobbed. The well-chiseled that was butt naked slowly opened his large silver eyes. Ariadna was too shocked to reply. The young man looked exactly like Trent. He walked over to Amorah who was staring at him like a high school girl that has been waiting for her crush to notice her.

               "Ephyrus." She whispered and her tears dripped down. The man violently pulled her and smashed his lips on hers.

       Trent and Elder Potter were owned by the three elders, Elder Martin froze time, and everything except him stopped moving. But before he could reach Trent and knock him out, Trent was able to break out, he punched Martin so hard that his bone cracked and he was sent flying far away from the others.

                Ephyrus broke the kiss with a frown. "What is going on?" he angrily asked." "It is Trent, he's trying to break in." The man smiled, his smile was like flowers in springtime. "I want to meet him." He held her hands and looked into her large brown eyes. "You can't not now, he's really mad about his sister."   "Why, why did you do this to me?" Ariadna cried as she looked at Amorah and what was supposed to be her baby. "You want to know why? Blame Trent. His blood is in you, you died as a child when you drowned in that pool." Ariadna's eyes went wide. The incident happened when she was Ten. Someone pushed her into the pool.

           "Thanks to that, I could get a new body." Ephyrus smiled. Ariadna cried, her eyes became blurry from her tears; she couldn't even see them clearly. "Ephyrus, let's leave, you're not strong enough to fight Trent." Amorah pulled him, their portal users opened enough portals for everyone to escape. Elder Potter tied all the elders and placed them on the dragon.

         Trent ran into the cave and was greeted with the sight of the devastated Ariadna on the cold hard ground crying. Trent ran to her. She saw him and continued to cry. Trent crouched and hugged her in his arms. Her forehead was on his chest as she continue crying.
