As a young woman Adair Fox enters the civilization test, the most difficult test in the entirety of the Galactic Empire, in hopes of achieving that highest of honors and finally becoming eligible to meet her parents. During the test Adair acts out of desperation and uses a dangerous ritual to save her people, only to get betrayed by them shortly after. Unfortunately not only does Adair fail the test, but she also finds herself trapped in a void for thousands of years until she eventually meets up with another being. She makes a deal with the Reincarnation Machine, which allows her to go back in time and become a sorceress.

The Forgotten Ability

<p>When she was shaking out of her thoughts, it took her a minute to recognize what Roxanne was saying to her, but once she did, she was still confused since Roxanne was using acronyms that she did not recognize. It did not take a lot of effort, though, to figure out what Roxanne was it was since there was really nothing else besides this Mana less room for her to be referencing.  </p>

<p>So when she nodded in response, she was very happy to learn that all she needed to do was listen to what Roxanne said and engage at the appropriate times in order to leave this cursed area. She didn't actually need to generate her own Mana just yet, but it was made clear to her that the sooner she was able to figure this out, the faster they would be able to move on to more interesting and exciting concepts.  </p>
