Chapter Twenty-Two: Freya's Point Of View.

I woke to a piercing squeal. It startled me so bad that I rolled completely on to the floor with a loud 'THUD' I let out a low groan and pull myself into the sitting position with my crimson mane falling in my face.

I run my fingers through my hair mostly to get it out of my face. I pull myself up using the bed and there stood Astor trying to conceal his laughter and Luca giving me a curious look. I scowl at both of them. What time was it anyway?!

"Good Morning Little Dragon." I felt myself frown as I roll my eyes. Of course he was going to be cheeky. His smile widens as he arches one of his eyebrows. Luca begins struggling against Astor's hold on him until Astor let's him down. I watch half amused as Luca holds onto the bed side stepping over to me. He was smiling so big that his eyes crinkled in the corners.

I bend down and lift him into my arms and he lays his head down on my shoulder with his small hands grabbing my arms. I giggle and squeeze him gently.

"Hello sweet boy."

"Mama!" I smile mostly to myself. But I didn't miss Astor's soft smile either.

"Luca. Come. Mama has to get dressed." I glare at Astor for a moment. I just got him and he's already trying to take him from me?

He puts his hands up as if he surrenders.

"You can't go out in just a shirt." I roll my eyes and walk over to Astor handing him Luca.

"Just wait here."

"Your clothes are in my closet. My mother had them brought in after we went to sleep." I nod casually and open the door to his walk in closet and groan. For the love of the goddess!

Why were there so many bags in the floor?! And how did she even know my size? Shaking my head I dig around in the bags until I find a pair of those dark jean leggings and a white long sleeved v-neck shirt. I couldn't help but roll my eyes when I notice that Lily had even bought underwear and everything.

I struggle into them and shove my feet into my combat boots. I check making sure that the daggers are still on the inside. Which to my surprise they were.

I had found ponytails in one of the bags too. Which was great. I quickly pull my hair back into a high ponytail.

'Something feels wrong.' Shade's voice seemed to be alittle on edge. I inhale a deep breath.

'Whatever it is we will deal with it. Calmly.' Shade snorts but remains silent. I had shot the calmly part at her. She seemed wound up since We went to The Tower and she didn't have to say it. I could feel it. I had been ignoring it. Sighing I step out of the closet and Astor glances down at my shoes and chuckles.

"You don't have to wear your combat boots here." I arch my eyebrows at him as if to say 'you're kidding right?' Astor shakes his head and hands Luca back to me. I giggle as Luca cuddles into me.

"Ready to meet everyone for breakfast?" My eyes widen. Wait what?!

"As in your pack? Is that such a good idea?!" Astor sighs and pushes me forward and out of the bedroom.

"You'll have to do it sooner or later and you might as well get it over with now..incase I have to kill someone." What?!

"You aren't killing anyone!" Astor chuckles and guides me through the halls. Luca was babbling and making weird noises. It was cute. He was so happy. Even after everything that he had been through when we met.

"Don't be nervous. They will love you." I snort. Yeah just like how Arden loved me so much that he decided to attack me. I roll my eyes and notice that Gemini and Jade were following behind us now. Both girls looked extremely tired. And almost broken.

"Astor...Is there anyway that I can have my own office?" I peek up at him and he was wearing a sly smirk.

"Anything for my mate. I'll have someone set you up one right across from mine." I clench my jaw. Sometimes he gets on my nerves with the coy and cocky attitude. But I am assuming that it was more of a wolf thing.

I inhale a deep breath as Astor pushes open a set if double doors revealing what honestly looked like a mess hall. There were alot of people in here. I did notice a long table at the front of the room that looked at the rest of the tables. I suppress a groan as Astor starts to lead me toward the table. Well crap! I stumble to a stop as Rose steps infront of me and Luca reaches for her.

I frown but allow her to take him. Astor leads me up to the table where I notice Lily smiling at us. I sit down beside her and Astor sits on the other side of me.

I glance around and notice alot of eyes on me. I bite down on lower lip and look down at my hands. My breath hitches as Astor places a hand on my thigh and leans over toward me.

"Head held high. You are their Luna. Not an Omega." I turn and look up at him. I knew that they could probably smell his scent mixed in with mine. But that doesn't mean that they had to like me.

I force a smile and nod. Astor kept his hand on my thigh. which only made my stomache do weird flips! My cheeks felt warm as I try to ignore his hand.

I jump slightly as the Mess Hall doors burst open and Damien walks in with another man in tow. He looked exactly like Astor but he had midnight black hair. He smirks as he sees me.

What the hell?

'What a prick.' Astor snorts at Shade's comment. My eyes widen as I look at him He had actually heard her. He squeezes my thigh and turns his attention back to Damien and the man.

"Raph. Welcome home." I shift uncomfortably in my chair as Raph never takes his eyes off of me.

"Well Brother what was the big emergency? It can't be the Dragon-Borne sitting next to you." I arch an eyebrow at him. What the hell is that suppose to mean?

"Freya is my mate AND your Luna. And it's not just about that. You are needed here." Raph rolls his eyes.

"I'm not babysitting her." I scoff. Is this guy for real? He turns to me again with an amused expression on his face.

"Something wrong princess?" I felt my jaw set and I narrow my eyes at him. Shade pushes forward shifting our eyes. He smiled then.

"Can you project her yet?" My heart jumped in my throat. How did he know that?! Shade growls.

'How dare they!' What? What does she mean by that?

"RAPH!" I flinch at Astor's tone. Aro was pushing forward. So the Alpha tone. Raph sighs. And rolls his eyes. I arch an eyebrow at him. The tone didn't work? I wonder why? That was strange. Even if he was an Alpha himself Astor was King. He should be able to make other Alpha's bend to him as well? Was it because Raph had Royal blood as well? Or was it something completely different. He bows and stand up. That's when I saw the chain around his neck. The dragon with red eyes...Drago?!

'That's not possible!'
