Thwack!!
Jaya threw her fist at Kenichi's mouth--which he thought was presumptuous--that.
Kenichi got up. He pushed Jaya's body until Jaya's back hit the wall. Kenichi returned Jaya's punch, much louder.
"Why did you even hit me, huh?!" Kenichi snapped.
"That damn mouth of yours deserves a beating, Ken! So that you don't say any more nonsense in the future!" Jaya said coldly. He was really annoyed to hear Kenichi's accusations just now. Who doesn't care about Joon anymore? Jaya is just still confused at the moment.
"What's wrong with what I said, huh? You guys don't have any blood relation with my nephew. So, it's not impossible for you to stop caring about Joon, right?" Kenichi said with a wry smile.
"Watch your mouth, Ken!" shouted Jaya.
Jaya once again threw his fist at Kenichi, but Kenichi was repelled. Kenichi grabbed Jaya's hand, then twisted it backwards.
"Don't you dare hit me again, Jay! What right do you have to hit me, huh?!"
"What are you guys doing?" There was a soft voice not far from Jaya and Kenichi's struggle.
They suddenly turned their heads to the source of the voice. They smiled in relief to see Joon they finally opened their eyes, even though they looked still so weak.
Kenichi ran to Joon who was still asleep on the long wooden chair. He lifted Joon's head and leaned it against his chest.
"Ah, you're finally awake, Honey. Daddy's really worried, Joon." Kenichi spoke. He kept kissing the top of his nephew's head gently.
Jaya took the glass--which contained sugar water--from the small table. They were in the 2nd floor room of this cafe now. Jaya knelt down and handed the drink to Joon who was still sitting leaning against Kenichi's chest.
"Drink first, Honey. I already made you some porridge, let Daddy Ken get it." Jaya said. After that, he glanced at Kenichi, signaling the young man to take porridge in the cafe kitchen, downstairs.
Kenichi took a deep breath to suppress his emotions. He got up and headed downstairs. There was a little remorse for hitting Jaya earlier, but he was proud to apologize.
Jaya takes over, he pulls Joon's head to rest against his broad chest. "Joon is all right, isn't he? Which one still hurts, honey?" Jaya spoke softly.
