It was finally time for Reuben to leave for Umuahia for his industrial training and I still hadn't mustered up the courage to make a decision.
Nevertheless, I behaved as if everything was all well and perfect right up until the moment he was to leave.
Tobi hadn't been pressuring me about the choice I had to make which I thoroughly appreciated.
I didn't need any more urgency to be placed on the whole matter.
He still talked to me, telling me how much he missed me and couldn't wait for me to come home so that we could be together, even closer than we were previously.
He made me hungry with the want to see him that I prayed for my exams to be over and done with just so that I could return to Lagos, and be sole with him...and my parents too.
