For the trip into the city, Quillburn had assigned one of his personal attendants to escort us, as well as a few of their readily available guards, just in case of anything.
The guards were a mix of goat and bull beast men, all intimidating-looking. Our guide was also a goat beast man, although not as goat-looking as Quillburn. He much resembled a human, except for his wild grey hair, horns albeit shorter than Quillburn’s, with one of them even having a chip in it, and goat legs.
He actually looked like a regular satyr, but his race was marked goat beast man.
He wore a sleeveless, patterned vest that did a terrible job at making him look like an official.
His name was Chaoxiang, nothing but a simple attendant.
…
Or so Quillburn would have us believe.
