The Prince birthday
"Call all your colleagues to my chamber, Lila ordered Zia".
My beginning here was rough, I thought of giving up, but you girls were firmly behind me.
Today is a remarkable day in the kingdom of Zomuda and all of you have contributed to my happiness in various ways.
"Dignitaries are coming to this occasion and I want you all to look extraordinary, here is a token of appreciation to you all. Lila gifted them one by one a golden necklace".
"Thank you so much your majesty for seeing us not just as maidens but as your sisters", Zia said.
"It's okay, you girls deserve more than this, I pray the almighty keeps us safe and in the pink, we have more to benefit from ourselves".
"You girls can go and get the arena ready for our visitors,'' Lila said.
Lila entered the meeting with them very early at about 6 am.
She went back to her room to make herself ready for the occasion too.
Zia! Zia!! Zia!!! Lila called thrice, "yes your majesty", Zia responded.
"Come and dress me up for the party".
"I need to appear as the most beautiful woman on the occasion, I need a touch of gold mixed with white on my hair and my dress".
"It shall be done as it pleases you, your majesty", Zia said.
Lila was dressed up before 9 am. Thank you so much, "now I look to take away, you can say that again your majesty Zia said, as they both erupted into a loud laugh".
"Zea shall be dressed in the same colour with me, get his hair fixed for the occasion Lila said".
Everybody in the Palace was gorgeously dressed, the maidens never appeared in their maiden uniform, even the guards were innocently and handsomely dressed.
This is the kind of life Lila wanted for the Palace workers including the people of Zomuda, but Hala was afraid of giving them such a luxurious life, because he might be overthrown or killed, and there is no way she could persuade him to grant to them this life she always wishes for.
There was something that swept Lila off her feet, not that she was having a bad day and someone made her smile, but to her amazement, all the colours she wore were the same thing Hala wore also.
"His shoes were glittering like fresh gold, I guess this shoe was customised for him Lila said, oh I remember he told me he got the shoe as a gift from his father".
Hala and Lila both admired each other as they badged on each other in the corridor, but Hala was just too cute for Lila to take off her eyes.
" My lord, you are the most valuable gift I have, I might die if you go far from me, your presence is my tranquiliser, you are the perfect man for me,'' Lila adorably said to Hala ''.
"Hmm.. Hala sighed and smiled, it was almost time for the party he said to Lila".
They both went into Hala chamber.
Tashia overheard Lila when she was professing love to Hala. "We bless the almighty for coming into the Palace through Lila,'' she said in amazement.
She hurried in excitement to tell her colleagues what she heard. The maidens were fond of each other, their long living together has made them to always share everything that comes their way.
It was now party time, everybody in the kingdom was present except some nursing mothers.
The total number of Kings from other kingdoms was fifteen, the fifteen kingdoms is what Hala was wanting to overthrow despite the love they shared.
Sir Poker echoed in an exciting tune greeting his people and the visiting Kings.
"Today is a great day, all of us are welcome to this glamorous occasion, we should all sit comfortably as we will benevolently be entertained".
Hala and Queen Lila walked into the reception.
May the king live long, the people hailed him with a standing ovation.
Hala was full of happiness because he wanted to be worshipped like the almighty.
"Today is a new beginning for the seed of the fearless lion, Zomuda is blessed to have him, the swordmaster. As the law depends we are here not to bury our heads in the sand but to pledge our utmost courtesy to our Prince Zea", Poker said excitedly.
"Indeed this day that was pregnant has successfully given birth joy and happiness, we shall make merry all day".
Mik added and the people gave a joyful shout.
"Let first observe all right and norms to our almighty before we merry ", the diviner said.
Zea was brought forward and the diviner once again dedicated him to the almighty.
There were splashes of thunder and lightning, which shows the almighty has first blessed Zea before any man.
The whole kingdom was in awe because it has been a long time since such an incident took place. Not that they witnessed it but it was told to them by their ancestors. Some of them regarded it as a myth until today they confirmed and believed in their ancestors.
They all kneel and bow their heads as they give the almighty endless praise.
The kings from other kingdoms were swept off their feet by what they saw.
The diviner declared the ceremony money open with music as the various dancing crew came out to entertain the people. Gifts were presented to Zea exactly as one of the maidens told the gift presentation pattern to Lila.
There was a variety of food and wine, everybody was well entertained. But the people were very much in shock if the action of the king was pretentious towards them.
Hala facial expressions were swinging from happiness to anger, only Lila could interpret his mood but she swallowed all words which could stimulate his anger.
They ate and drank, some people were drunk while the mindful ones refused to drink and eat. The party lasted for twelve hours, but there was a gradual reduction in attendance as people gradually returned to their destination.
As promised by Hala the visitors from far places were lodged by him in the Palace till the next day.
"Some people said on their way home, they know who they wanted to spend the night with, they would prefer to go home even at the 00 hours of the night".
