Chapter 232: Tracking_3

"I met with a friend who needed my help with something. He said he was treating me to dinner, but he spent the whole time talking about his problems, and I didn't even get a chance to eat anything warm. So, I'm emotionally exhausted."

George Flack had a smile on his face: "So that's why you're upset. Since you didn't get to enjoy any good food, let me quickly make you some bread. We still have a lot of sauerkraut-filled bread prepared! You like sauerkraut, don't you?"

Aria Grant nodded her head.

George released his grip, as he needed to go to the kitchen to make something for Aria to eat. Aria didn't know what she was capable of doing at that moment, but she hoped that George wouldn't find out why she had gone out.

Aria breathed a sigh of relief, as George hadn't asked which old friend she had met with. After all, they had known each other for so many years, and George probably knew all of her friends.
