Chapter 62 - The Source

Lin Soha tried his best not to mess up this time, trying to put his emotions in check despite losing his grip on his temper. So instead of doing something stupid, he simply stood upright without uttering a word, not wanting to lose the battle to his poor temperament.

But aside from that, something was off, and he knew it—though it was his temper, he felt something driving it that was not from him. Something felt off about his temperament right from the time he decided to give the King a piece of his mind, and he felt like ever since then he has been quick to anger in unprecedented ways.

Although he was self-aware of the fact that he needed discipline due to his immature tendencies to act on impulse without thinking, he was also quite aware of the limitations of his stupidity. He knew that no matter how angry he was about something, he would not take it out on the King of the very same land he had sworn to protect with his life.
