King Of Knights Within A Child

"The twins are fraternal with different powers. The boy has the Spirit of the Ankou and is fighting against the Crystal Princess. I think that child of darkness is winning from the sound of it. His case is a bit special because he can conjure up every deity associated with Death."

"The Spirit within the boy is a mix of all beings of Death in every legend of history. But I don't think that's going to pique your interest... The other twin is a female fox child, and her Spirit is the one and only King of Knights," said the Valkyrie as Mordred dropped her sword in shock.

"No... That can't be possible... So that kid has the King's Spirit living within her?" questioned Mordred.

"Yep. I've seen the child use the King's power in fights before, and she truly earns the title of the King of Knights. I just wished the child could be as powerful as her twin brother and not rely on her emotions to move her limbs..."

"I've got a hard time teaching her and sending the child off for Missions. But the instant she lets the King of Knights take over, whew... That's where the fun begins."

Mavislin shook her head as she recalled her students: training a few months back. The Slayer had a headache as the five kids all had different personalities, with none of them on the same wavelength. That problem meant the seniors had to invent other training methods for the kids.

And by far the easiest was the male twin with the Ankou's Spirit, which happened to be Duncan and the reason he was the only one out of the five to be given the First Seat rank. The boy had won against his peers in a team and individual fights.

Meanwhile, the Knight of Rebellion had a wave of emotions overwhelm her as she tried to process things... Perhaps this was a chance to meet her father again. Wait... Something was wrong... How could the King be summoned into a child's body when he was supposed to be in Avalon?

Mordred gripped her sword tightly as she felt her chest tighten up. The Knight swallowed her saliva and closed her eyes before opening her mouth to ask Mavislin about the child...

"What is the girl's name? The one with the King..." asked Mordred as she placed her hand on her face.

"Her name is Midori, and don't worry... I won't give you a chance to find her because your journey will end here. I will be the last person to clash with you," threatened the Valkyrie as she pointed her blade at Mordred.

The Knight of Rebellion stopped feeling worried and anxious when she saw the Valkyrie proudly declaring war on her. Instead, Mordred smiled as the red streaks on her body began to glow while her Elemental Energy levels shot up.

"Hah! I will like to see you try it! And because you aren't Mavislin... Moreover, you are a Human Mage. That means you are weaker than a Pure One by half!" laughed the Knight of Rebellion as she leaped from her spot to clash with the standing Valkyrie.

As the two beings clashed, it emitted a shock wave powerful enough to break the ground. This event caused both parties to back up, and the two continued fighting in black, red, and gold sparks. Mordred was getting the upper hand as Mavislin was getting wormed out.

The Knight was right about one thing; Bryan was and never will be Mavislin, so his powers are limited. But Mordred failed to notice that though he lacked physical strength, the Slayer made up for that setback with his abundant supply of Elemental Energy.

And that's his advantage against a being with a finite amount of Elemental Energy. Mavislin narrowed her eyes at Mordred before breathing in, focusing her Elemental Energy into her legs, and launching another assault on the Knight, forcing him back with a single Kick.

Unfortunately, Mordred had underestimated the strength of the Slayer's enhanced kick and flew off into the distance before skidding across the ground. Her back armor was destroyed as the Knight got up to cough up blood.

"Damn... You..." muttered Mordred as she rolled away before the Valkyrie threw the sword at her.

"Don't think for a Tick that you can beat me in a round of kicks... Just because I ain't pure doesn't mean I'm weaker."

"Same goes for you... I'm still stronger than you!" yelled Mordred, as she deflected Mavislin's blade away.

It was just in time for the Knight to the Valkyrie leaping towards her shattering the ground in the process, and swung her leg at the Knight's head. However, Mordred was one step quicker, placing her wrist up to block the kick.
