Chapter 7

But Rin didn't want to expect more, let her keep her feelings to herself. She also had to realize that she was not worthy of accompanying Reiz, the man who was almost perfect.

The car they were driving stopped in one of the large cemetery areas. Reiz and Rin got out of the car and stepped into the cemetery area.

Reiz walked behind Rin. He looked at the cemetery that lay on his right and left. This place was not foreign to him. Because he himself always goes there when he has free time to visit someone he loves so much.

Rin stopped at one of the graves where her mother rested for good. She crouched by the side of the grave while Reiz stood beside her.

"Mommy... Rinata came. I'm sorry Rinata just had time to come here again...." Rin rubbed her mother's headstone, while sobbing. Remembering sweet memories with mom and the incident some time ago when her stepfather lied and even sold her to Edra.

Reiz turned his body, stepping away. He wanted to give Rin space to express her sadness. But suddenly his eyes were fixed on someone who was not far from him.

Reiz stepped forward, wanting to clear his vision. There's no way he could have seen it wrong, that man... Edra William? Why was Edra there?

Reiz kept his eyes on Edra who was sitting on the side of one of the tombs. Edra's face looks sad, he is also seen talking to one of the graves he knows very well.

"Master, Master?" Rin waved her hand in front of Reiz's face, making Reiz wake up from his daydream. It didn't feel like he had been watching Edra for quite a while.

"What's the matter Master? Why are you daydreaming?" Rin asked.

"It does not matter." Reiz replied curtly.

"Don't daydream at Master's funeral, it's not good." Rin advised.

"I'm not daydreaming." Avoid Reiz.

"Are you done?" H continued.

"Yes sir. I'm done."

"Let us go home." Invite Reiz. Rin nodded, and the two of them left the burial area.

As usual, their journey was filled with silence. Both of their minds wandered somewhere. Reiz who was still wondering why and why was Edra there? And Rin, with a trace of sadness, remembers the mother.

"Sir, are you off today?" Rin asked as soon as they both entered the apartment.

"Yes." Reiz replied correctly.

"Master, what do you want me to cook?"

"Anything." Reiz replied as he stepped into his room.

"Hmm... What are you cooking today...? At least I have to cook something special because Mr. Reiz has been kind to me today..." Rin headed to the kitchen, looking at the stock of ingredients that were still available.

Reiz stared at his bedroom window, his mind still on Edra. Suddenly, the cell phone in his pocket rang. Reiz smiled, seeing who was calling him. He immediately picked up the phone.

"Hello Mom."

"Reiz, where have you been? Are you okay? How come there's been no news for a week?" Mrs. Tyas bombarded her with many questions as soon as the call was connected. Reiz smiled again. Mommy was always worried about him even though he was an adult.

"I'm fine, Mom. Sorry I haven't been able to call Mommy, I've been very busy lately. How are Mommy and Daddy?" Reiz asked.

"Mommy and Daddy are fine dear. Reiz, Daddy wants to talk to you." Mrs. Tyas gave her cellphone to her husband who was sitting beside her.

"Reiz, can you go home now?" Ask Mr. Mark.

"What's wrong Dad? Is there a problem?" Reiz asked back.

"No Reiz, Daddy and Mommy miss you. Go home now." Mr Mark replied.

"Okay Dad, I'm home now."

"Ok, be careful on the road boy." Mr Mark hung up the call.

"How is it honey? Is Reiz ready to go home now?" Mrs. Tyas asked her husband.

"Of course honey, when did Reiz ever disobey us?" His answer made his wife smile. Mr Mark took a deep breath.

"Hopefully this way Reiz will change," he said.

"Yeah, I hope so."

Reiz came out of his room, intending to meet Rin.

"Rin, I want to go." He said to Rin, who was preparing to cook.

"Master, where are you going? Are you going to have lunch here?" Rin asked.

"I'm going back to my house." Obviously Reiz.

"Back home?" Rin frowned.

"Yes. I'll go first, take good care of the house." Reiz said as he left, leaving Rin standing in silence in the kitchen.

"Even though I wanted to cook a special menu, but Mr. Reiz left instead..." Rin sighed heavily. At first he was excited to cook for Reiz, but Reiz went home instead.

"It turns out that Mr. Reiz still has a family, I thought he was alone like me. It would be nice to still have a family like that..." Rin left the kitchen, her enthusiasm for cooking just disappeared.

It's better if he just sleeps. Reiz must also be back soon. Or will Reiz stay? Tsk, why didn't he ask that earlier?

Within twenty minutes, Reiz had arrived at his house.

"Reiz, my boy... Mommy misses you dearly..." Mrs. Tyas greeted her as soon as she saw Reiz enter her house. She immediately hugged Reiz.

"Miss you too, Mom..." Reiz hugged Mommy back.

"Miss you Dad..." Reiz let go of his embrace on Mrs. Tyas, and embraced Mr. Mark instead.

"Where have you been Reiz? Since Tomi's wedding was over, you haven't come back here yet?" Ask Mr. Mark. Indeed, since Tomi's wedding, which was held two weeks ago, Reiz has not had time to return to his home after he finished taking Tomi and his wife on their honeymoon.

"Sorry, Dad... I've been really busy at work." Reiz let go of his arm.

"Don't push yourself too hard, Reiz. You'll get sick." Mrs. Tyas said so attentively.

"No Mom, it's all my responsibility." Reiz's answer made Mrs. Tyas take a deep breath, Reiz is indeed a hard worker, unlike Tomi who looks more relaxed when it comes to work matters.

"Let's sit down first." Invite Mrs. Tyas, Reiz sat beside Mrs. Tyas and Mr. Mark took his own seat.

"So when are you guys getting married?" asked Mr. Mark suddenly.

"Who's getting married, Dad?" Reiz asked back.

"Of course you are, Reiz." Mr. Mark replied.

"Me? You mean Daddy?" Reiz didn't understand where Mr. Mark's conversation was going.

"You with Rinata Andara, Reiz." Mr. Mark answered again.

"Rinata Andara?" Reiz frowned, he still didn't understand.

"Don't tell me you don't want to be responsible to Rinata, even though you've been living together for a week." It was clear Mrs Tyas who made Reiz jump in surprise. Reiz rolled his eyes, how did Mr. Mark and Mrs. Tyas know about Rin? Tomi must have complained about the people he considered like his own biological mother and father.
