With the world shock by the discoveries of new virus that becomes pandemic, many countries bans foreigners to come into the countries. 6 months later, as most countries are opening up, Japan doesn't seems to do that. Sung jung il, who just graduated from high school, plans to study in japan. Can he win the fights towards the right to enter and study in japan?

Fight for education

The wheel that had been slowly turning for the last few days had slowly making Sung seeing the end of the tunnel through various leaks and rumours. And this sure made Sung hopium going up again. But due to the trauma of the November incidents, he would tried to maintain his cool so that he wouldn't get played again by the Japanese government. 


The paced in which the details being given out towards the foreigners and institution though were really slow. Even with the announcement of some of the leaks being true, the details being given out were again being considered by the demon lord before being drafted into the details by the demon lord. The pace were as slow as snails.


With such a slow pace, more and more foreigners in the community slowly frustrate the life out of the foreigners trying to enter. And with the d day closing in, more and more foreigners in the community slowly getting concern on whether the details would be told on the d day itself. This massive concern would be the most anxiety and nervy moments for all the foreigners. Would the announcement be made before or after the d day?
