Chapter 135

"So… you are saying that you want to stay by his side?" Levi questioned.

"Of course I do." Jaysa smiled. Levi chuckled a bit.

"I can't say anything to a smile like that. Although, I was really hoping that I could take you with me."

"Hmph!" Levi heard the King make a noise.

"Yeah yeah." Levi spoke. "I understand." Levi looked up at Danzel. "So what's the punishment for kissing the majesties Queen?" Danzel smirked.

"I have been waiting for you to ask that. You have been acting smug since you were let out of that dungeon." Levi smirked at the man.

"I can't help it. I was really hoping to take her away."

"So what should your punishment be? A whipping? A hanging?" Danzel started to list off all the different punishments.

"He's not being punished." Jaysa spoke out.

"What?!" Both men asked confused.

"I don't see why the man should be punished." Jaysa spoke out.

"What do you mean not punished. He needs to be disciplined for is actions." Danzel spoke. He let go of his wife's waist as he pointed at the man. "He kissed you. If that doesn't permit to being disciplined. Then I don't know what would."

"What kiss?" Jaysa questioned her husband.

"What? What kiss? The one that I saw when I entered the room." Danzel spoke out. His voice raising.

"I have no idea what you are talking about." Jaysa began to walk away from her husband.

"You…. What are you saying. He was kissing you." Jaysa turned to look at her husband.

"Darling. Are you sure that you weren't having another one of your weird fantasies? Why would I let another man kiss me?"

"But…. He…." Danzel turned to the man.

"I say that nothing happened. So nothing happened." Jaysa spoke as she grabbed the handle of the door.

"Oh and darling." Jaysa spoke out in a cutesy voice."

"What!" Danzel snapped. Ignoring her husband's outbursts. She spoke.

"Teach me some other languages of our neighbor Kingdoms. Kay." Before hearing the answer, Jaysa closed the door behind her.

"Um…" Levi didn't know what to say. It was something unreal to him. "Your Highness." Levi spoke. He looked down at the mans' fist that were shaking.

"Damn you woman!" Danzel yelled.

Jaysa couldn't help but keep back her grin as she heard her husband yell at the now closed door. The grin soon turned into a frown. She touched the lower part of her stomach. She didn't think that that she still had those feelings inside of her. Even though what happened. Danzel still wanted her to be his. Still wanted her to have his child. That wasn't the most shocking. It was Levi. He actually kissed her. He wanted to take her away from. Was that what he was thinking about the entire time? She stared to think back on their conversation. She ran it through her head and realized that she had missed several hits that he had dropped. Jaysa sighed. She never thought that she would be popular with other men. It felt good. Jaysa turned away from the door and made her way down the hall. She stopped for a moment and turned around. The young woman looked down the halls for a moment. There was a feeling as if someone was watching here. She didn't see anyone or anything. Brushing it off. Jaysa continued walking down the hall. She knew that there was one thing that her husband would have on his mind besides Levi kissing her, and that was the Lieutenant. Why did he tell Levi all that stuff about the two? Was the man being manipulated by Danzel's uncle? Was this another one of his uncles plans to try destroy Danzel's and her relationship? Whatever was going on, she knew that there would be stuff stirring up soon.

A light knock was heard and an answer followed it.

"Come in." A deep voice came from the other side of the door. Franken walked into the room and looked at Martin. He was going over some documents that were sitting on his desk, "What is it?" Martin questioned.

"I want to report to you about what's happening." Martin didn't look up at the other man as he spoke.

"And…" Franken cleared his throat.

"I have been watching the merchant since his release and have seen that he was been trying to get close to the Queen. He even kissed her." Martin lifted an eyebrow in interest. He laid the papers on the desk. Looking at the man, he intertwined his fingers and let his elbows rest on the table.

"So… What did your Queen do?" Martin questioned.

"That's the thing." Franken started to speak. "She rejected him." Martin eyebrows frowned. "And that's not all." Martin began to scowl.

"What else?" Martin almost growled out.

"The King walked in." Martin sat back in his chair folding his arms.

"So. That means that our little pawn will just have to try again."

"I don't think it will work again." Franken replied.

"What do you mean?" Martin questioned the man.

"When the King came in, the young Queen told our pawn everything." He looked down at the ground before he started up again. "I even believe…" The man looked back up at Martin. "That it deepened their relationship." Martin's face turned to fury. Everything they did was not working. Each one of their plans have backfired each and every time.

"Damn it!" Martin cursed as he slammed his fist onto the table.

"I would assume that we should stop with this plan and try something else." Martin sighed.

"I'm sure that my nephew has been catching on to everything that's been going on. He isn't that stupid." Martin knew that his nephew would no proof of how we are connected, there will be no issue." Franken nodded.

"I agree. It's only hear say, nothing can be proud." Martin looked back at his documents in front of him.

"Right now. We will let everything die down. We won't do anything until it's time."

"Do you have something in mind? Franken questioned. Martin just grinned.
