Chapter 112 I’ll Give You My Life

Howard, who was standing beside the bed, was so surprised he froze to the spot.

"We've known each other for twenty years now, but I've never seen Hanson like this..." Howard pondered.

Grief and despair flooded Hanson in waves. Tears welled up in his eyes and fell on Wendy's arm.

Howard leaned forward and pulled him up. He sounded rather worried. "Hanson, don't be like this..."

Hanson gripped Howard's arms tightly. His heart ached terribly. "I'm a sinner, Howard. I killed her, and I even helped those people to drive her to the depths of despair. I've done all that... Howard, I've come to regret everything now. Tell me, what should I do... to get Wendy back."

Howard was completely at a loss what to say upon seeing Hanson's mournful expression.

Hanson turned around and moved closer towards Wendy. He placed his arms around her again and pressed his cheek against hers. Wendy's cheek became wet with his tears.
