Kidnapped

Jackson takes his phone out of his pocket and starts typing on it, when done,he slipped it over in front of Alex . Alex glanced down at the phone screen, his mood darkened, as he kept reading a deep scowl shadowed his handsome face. Pulling his hand up he rubbed between his dark brows with his thumb and forefinger . He slides the phone over to Lexi for her to read.

On the phone screen is a picture of Alex and Lexi walking out of the hotel room . She was hungover, so she didn't have a smile on her beautiful face, even though she's very tall and athletic ,when standing next to Alex she appeared to be quite small and frail. The dark sunglasses she was wearing hide half her face like a disguise.

There was a red circle drawn around her face ,and another red circle draw around Alex's hand that was holding on to her elbow. Beside the picture was a different picture of Lexi and Karmen going into a restaurant .

Lexi was wearing the same outfit that she had on in the picture with Alex. Another red circle was drawn around Lexi's whole body

with a headline reading Vampire King Alexander Eddington kidnaps human Princess Alexis Whitley.

"Oh No! Alex what are we going to do."she cried

" The only thing we can do right now. Make a public announcement, and we will do it today." He replied, bringing his hand up to massage her shoulders.

Jackson looked puzzled he turned to look at Alex " What public announcement?"He ask .

"Jackson meet my fiancée Princess Alexis."Alex grinned.

Jackson's mouth fell open, all the blood drained from his face , he coughed and stuttered , "o ..o .oh hell Alex you can't make an announcement like that before you tell mother. Are you trying to give her a heart attack ?"

Alex turned to Lexi with a smirk, He chuckled ,announcing loudly " Prepare to meet my mother!"

Snickering slightly, he lowered his voice "Sweetheart we will leave the castle at five tonight ,so make sure you are back in your room by three. I'm sending you some people, we will be having dinner and cocktails with my mother tonight."

"I'm coming to."Jackson blurted "I can't miss this !"

"Jackson you can come , but it's not going to be much of a show . I'm telling her in a restaurant not in her penthouse."

Jackson chuckled "I'm still coming,I can't miss this ."

Lexi scrunched her brows together worried and a bit frightened. She stammers nervously " wh..what is your mother going to do to me ? Is she going to put bamboo shoots under my finger nails or something ? Maybe burn my face off with a torch?"

Seeing that she was truly worried and slightly frightened Alex pulled her closer to him, whispering in her ear, "Don't worry sweetheart, she's not going to bite you. She's just old and old fashioned ." He replied, embracing her gently as he caressed her back and shoulders to calm her down.

When the maids started serving breakfast ,she perked up a little bit, Alex had talked to the chef and it seemed like breakfast had been made just for her.

She had pancakes with fresh whipped cream and strawberries she also had a soda with a cherry floating on top. Alex and Jackson had blue rare steak and dark red wine .

The wine wasn't served in the beautiful crystal glasses. It was served in silver goblets with the Eddington coat of arms beautifully engraved on the side. She didn't care if Alex had wine for breakfast, she had cola.

After breakfast Alex needed to be in the Royal Court, for a dispute that had occurred last week between two businesses down town.

"Alex since you need to be in court today . I would be happy to keep Princess Alexis company."Jackson offered ,"I would love the opportunity to get better acquainted with our future Queen."

" Jackson I think that's a great Idea ,just don't take Lexi outside the castle walls." Alex replied, knowing he could count on his little brother.

" No problem, I don't see any reason for us to leave the Castle grounds. I'm sure we can find something to do around here. I will take my leave after I escort Princess Alexis back to her room at three." Jackson replied politely.

Alex was glad Jackson was going to spend the day with Lexi ,he didn't think anyone in his castle was a trader, but one can never be to careful. And he couldn't think of a better body guard for his little Pet.

Jackson is his little brother ,a pure blood Vampire with Royal blood coursing through his veins. Trained to fight by Alex himself the only one stronger in this country was him.

Alex stands to leave he reaches his hand out for Lexi to take . She stands up with him he gazed down at the beautiful Princess standing in front of him. Alex could tell his little pet was nervous and just about to have a meltdown.

They hadn't planned to announce their engagement until they had spent more time together getting to know each other. Knowing with the announcement of their engagement many questions will come from the press about their relationship.

"Jackson Do something fun today with my sweet girl .Now if you take her to the theater don't let her watch that damm zombie movie." Alex said ,Pulling her in close to his chest giving her a comforting hug, placing a kiss on her forehead.

" Don't think about anything today, Jackson's a great tour guide he will find something fun to do." Her mummers into her scalp ,rubbing his large hand up and down her spine.

Being in Alex's comforting hug felt like a warm blanket wrapped around her, even though his body was cool .The protective feeling his firm but gently hug gave her made her feel secure and calm.

Jackson was watching Alex and Lexi he thought they looked great together . He seen how kind and gentle Alex was with her and how perfectly she fit in his arms as if they were born to be together.

However he didn't ever remember Alex going out with this little human Princess . Hell he never seen Alex date any human girl. As he thought more about it, Alex hasn't actually dated a girl since he took the throne after their father died. He was always to busy at work, in the beginning Alex was young and inexperienced mostly focusing on finishing his education and learning about what it means to be a king.

Jackson wondered how long this secret love has been going on. And just where the hell did Alex meet Princess Alexis Whitley.

Everyone in the whole damm country knows who she is. She's hot as hell, all the human men and most of the vampires would sale their soul to the devil for just one night with her .
