“It’s not that I’m blaming you for what happened to us Rain,” said Check, consoling his crying boyfriend. “It’s just that I would’ve wanted you to trust what I can do – to heed the cautions I gave back then,” he continued.

They hear a sound from the door of the bedroom. They turn around and see Nom and Pon kissing, looking from the balcony and through the sliding door. Afterwards, Nom lays Pon on the bed and slowly takes off cupcake’s clothes.

“That could’ve been us in that room Check,” said Rain, which is almost in a whisper as they know that one of the occupants of their former unit is a Medium because of what happened previously when Nom heard them made a wager to each other while he and Pon were making love. They turn around to face the horizon again.

“Even if that accident happened to us, I’m still so proud of you Rain. You became captain of a plane: you achieved your dream.”
