Chapter 39 : You're Not My Only Teacher Anymore

Asher's POV

It was difficult to say goodbye to my mate after we made up just a few minutes ago. But my parents would be back at the castle tomorrow. I had to stay in the castle to learn what my father was up to. I had an important promise to my mate to keep.

On my way back, I saw two familiar figures sitting in the car at the edge of the forest.

Malcolm, I expected.

Magda hadn't been that pleased with me last time.

"Asher, is everything alright?" Malcolm asked. He knew I was going for Vika.

"Yeah, we're fine now." I smiled at him.

"Prince Asher, I need your help," Magda said, eyes wide. She was Vika's mother, of course, she was worried.

"I thought you didn't trust me," I pointed out.

Magda waved her hand in front of her face.

"I spoke to Master Rutfus. He convinced me that your intentions are honorable and that you really do care for Vika," Magda explained.
