My eyes widened as my head shot up, shocked at the sound of the voice I was hearing. When I looked up and my eyes adjusted, I found the tall figure of none other than Ronan Shein looking down at me. All at once, a large smile spread across my face as I stood up and greeted the man who had looked after me my entire life.


“How are you, Eleonore?” He asked as soon as we broke away, and I found myself pulling him to sit beside the roaring fire I had been seated by not moments ago.


‘I didn’t know you were coming,’ I signed. ‘When did you get here?’
