Chapter 24: A Party to Die For

Seth

The elevator slowly made its way to the fifth floor and the music inside of it was the most dreadful thing Seth had ever heard. He wondered if Seamus had requested that as well.

He stepped out of the elevator, looking both ways. If only he had some sort of weapon, he would feel more like James Bond. But he was the weapon and Seamus was about to feel his wrath.

He walked slowly, as to not increase his heart rate or breathing. He didn't want to alert any of the pack members of his presence.

He made it to apartment 56. He didn't have to put an ear to the door. He could hear everything clearly now. He knew Natalie was in the living room with Seamus and two other pack members and that the other four were gathered in the kitchen chatting about the weather over drinks. Clearly, they led boring lives.
