HI. Last night, when I was going to sleep, I found out the solution to sleep on the stomach more comfortably a bit. Now, I want to share my tip with you guys and hope that it would help you guys can sleep better, or just can be able to lie on the stomach to relax and enjoy our free time.
Okay, let's get to the point now. As we know, normally we often sleep on the stomach with the posture that our entire face is on the pillow or we will lie on the side of the face. Sometimes it could give us a comfortable feeling, but it often does not last long. Because after a while, our neck will be tired and sore, sometimes it even got hurt pretty bad in the next morning when we wake up which means this will harm to our spinal if we sleep with this posture for a long time. And you may not want to risk it going to the hospital then being found out by doctors.
So I recommend putting a soft pillow under your chest or stomach and a harder one at the forehead. If you like sleeping on a soft pillow, you also can use one. But the one under your chest or stomach is better to be the soft one so that it could support your spinal posture easier as well as let you breathe well without feeling uncomfortable at chest or feeling your chest against the hard surface. But with the girls having an A+ cup size and up, you don't have to put the pillow under your chest. If you still want to have a pillow under the chest, take a pillow that is freaking soft like the memory foam. You also can use a U pillow and lie on the stomach as if you lie on a massage bed, but you still need a soft pillow under your chest or stomach. Besides that, if you don't have U shape travelling pillows or don't want to use the pillows, you can sleep with your arm like sleeping with the U shape pillows.
So with these tips, I hope this tip could be useful and help you have better quality sleeping at night without having back pain. Actually, human people also can use my tips as well because the Aviae, winged nonhuman people's spinal and the human spinal are similar to each other, not different much. If you don't believe, then just do research online. Trust me, even the animal anatomies also have many things that are familiar and similar to human anatomy.
Maybe at first, people who are used to sleeping on the side or on the back could see that it is a bit hard to sleep and new with you. But once you get used to sleeping with it, you will find that actually, it is similar to the other sleeping posture, and it will give your back more space to fresh, and could make your phantom wings more comfortable, your neck and spinal will be less hurt and tired.
I have had done plenty of research to find the best tip to sleep on my stomach for weeks until yesterday. Time before, my neck and back have been often getting hurt and tired, my face also got tired and my jaws got stiff due to sleeping with my face lying on the side so often. There are times my jaws got stuck in the morning right after waking and I had to fix it. God~ Serious, it was freaking uncomfortable. Having the brace on is even worse. Some night my cheek got scratched from the braces. And finally, last night I found out.
I don't know if you guys have ever seen any nonhuman journal online or any book related to the winged people which has this kind of topic or not. But in my case, I have never seen any book in my life ever since I started the transition from human to my desire nonhuman looking. So that is why I want to write this out. I just write this based on my experience and my thought, not make it up or send wrong information. I hope that you can take it as a small tip you can keep it as an idea for the future which you may use if you want.
