Chapter Eighty Two: The Unhappiness in Paradise

The plan, though recent, would need to be put into place from the moment that Gabriel was born.

Raven had sent word to Ember on what the plan was. They would need to stop the attack that would hit the Kingdom of Witches before it ever reached it. This would prevent the need for Kara and Gabriel to be sent away in the first place.

In order to accomplish this, Raven and Penny would venture to the Vampire Kingdom in order to diffuse any situations that could arise and instate an attack whilst Lysette would stay with Gabriel and oversee his safety. Meanwhile, Ember would remain, watching over Kara's birth when the time came so that she could moniter any new developments.

This plan was solid for the time being and it was the best shot they had at making sure everything would be safeguarded for the future. Ember also recieved instructions to keep close tabs on Aurora should she try anything to instigate a war. And with that, the plan was set into effect.

Raven and Penny made their way to the Vampire Kingdom, in hopes to put an end to the future attack before it even started.

They knew they would not be entirely welcomed, but were liked a bit more than by the Lycans considering the marriage that had just occured which united the two Kingdoms.

As they entered the walls, they could see a vast kingdom before them. One, that did not seem to be facing the same struggles as the Lycan Kingdom. Thousands upon thousands of Vampires, roaming the streets and a giant Black castle in the distance, imposing its law Over the entire Kingdom. The city was the essence of control, and uniform.

They would need to get as close as the castle as possible, perhaps find a way in to discover the psychology of the Vampires on the issues at hand, so they could better understand how to proceed.

As they roamed the streets, they casually conversed with a few Vampires whom seemed to have no feelings one way or the other about the Witches.

" I don't understand..." Penny shook her head. " If there actually is peace here, then why would they be attacking? They don't seem to be instigated in any way.. " They continued down one of the streets when they heard a rather loud scream coming from within a home. did not approach the home, as not to draw too much attention to themselves though others took notice of the scream and began gathering around outside of the home.

" Looks like they are at it again.." One man says as he, crosses his arm and chuckles, finding this all entertaining it seemed.

" Who? " Penny questioned as she leaned towards the man, to hear him more clear over the ruckus that was taking place.

" Keera and Delbin, young couple who never seem to know when to end it" the man laughs. " Toxic"

Just as he finished explaining, a young Girl stepped out from the home, screaming at the top of her lungs

" YOU ARE A PIECE OF- " the girl was interupted by a male voice screaming back in response " YEAH WHY DONT YOU LEAVE THEN? "

" THATS WHAT IM IN THE PROCESS OF DOING YOU DUMBASS" She screamed back as she turned around, not paying attention to her surroundings, bumping directly into Penny.

" Move.." The girl hissed as she shoved Penny out of the way, and began walking up the street.

" I'm guessing that's Keera.." Penny grumbled and the man confirmed it with a nod and a smile.

"Did that not look like..? " Raven questioned.

" Yes..it looked exactly like Kara.." Penny answered.
