Chapter One Hundred four: The Switch

It had taken some time but they were finally ready to present the duplication magic to the King and Queen. Keera escorted Raven and Penny back to the castle, having been prepared, they were significantly less nervous than before.

The King seemed most eager to hear out the possible solution. Once in front of the King and Queen, Raven started off the plea.

" Your Highness, we have something that would be able to fix the lack of blood within the Kingdom. We have, a spell, that allows us to duplicate creatures without diminishing the numbers. It means that your people could live, happily with all that they need indefinitely without causing issues with the other Kingdoms. That, is the world that we can have now. The world in which, for the first time, peace is actually possible. And maybe, that solution is bitter sweet because it was never offered from our own people. People that claim to have the best interest at heart for the world, and you can fault them for that. You can hate them if that makes you feel better within. But I can promise you this..me..and my daughter..are not like them. We came here to see that all benefit from peace, not just our own. And your people, in the time that we have spent here, the land that you call your own..your home..is beautiful and wonderful. Your places here, they are important. And for what it is worth, I extend my hand to you, so that we will always know of the events today..as a reminder that we made a change here..that we did something for the world" And with that, Raven extends her hand out to the King who thinks over her words carefully. After a moment, he stands to his feet and approached Ravens and meets her hand with his own.

" For what it is worth, you are the best of your people. You wish to see brighter days as do we all. And that hope, can never be taken away. Thank you, for all that you have done for us.. and within an instant, before anyone could react, Raven could feel a Piercing sensation within her stomach. Glancing down, she saw that the Kings other hand, had ran clean through her ribs, she fell to the ground as Penny looked in horror and shock.

" WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" Penny screamed as Keera rushed to hold Penny back from attacking the King.

" We truly do thank you for helping us but..well..your kind cannot be trusted and well, we aren't going to take chances of you possibly taking away the plans that we have made " The King flicked his hand, slinging blood across the floor before returning to his throne and turning his attention to Keera.

" Throw her in a cell until we have decided on what to do with her" And with that, Keera dragged a reluctant Penny out of the room.

" What are you doing? We trusted you. We were trying to help...MOM...MOM! " Penny cried, hoping that her mother was somehow okay.

Keera continued dragging Penny away and eventually stopped once she had managed to seclude them from anyone that could see or hear them.

" Penny, I know that you are not going to believe me but I did not know that was going to happen. And I promise you, I am going to get you out of here." Keera tried to calm Penny down but was met with nothing but rage and failed attempts to Punch her.

" I know that you are angry but I need you to listen to me because if you don't, we are going to have bigger problems. I am going to get you out of here and you are going to run. You are going to run anywhere but here.." Keera was trying to reach Penny who was becoming exhausted from the burst of energy and pain.

" They killed her...he killed her" Penny cried, now slowing down her onslaught of attacks.

" I know..I know..and I'm sorry. And I promise you that I am going to handle this. I will find a way I just..I don't know. But right now we are going to get you out of here"

" HE KILLED HER" Penny screamed again, sending a roar and a powerful Shockwave through the entire Kindgom, crumbling buildings down to nothing, however, in this moment, involuntarily, Penny managed to teleport both she and Keera away from the Kingdom to a place that neither recognized, where Penny broke free from Keera and swung her fist, knocking Keera to the ground.

" You are not going to tell me you didn't know something was going to happen" Penny growled intensely, not breaking eye contact with Keera who wiped the blood away from her lips.

" I am sorry. And you hitting me was completely fair. But I promise you that I had nothing to do with this. I didn't know he was going to do that..It doesn't make sense" Keera stumbled back to her feet, after being completely rocked by Penny.

" I don't understand why he would do something so...it doesn't make sense" Keera continued repeating as Penny took another swing at Keera, knocking her back to the ground.

" I came here, because I thought that I could do what was best for the world. I could make the world a better place. And then, this...I spent my entire life...never getting to know my mother. And when I finally have her back..she is taken away from me..again. " Penny's Rage began growing again, as she became surrounded by flames, these flames were however a darkened purple, her eyes, completely black except with a purple iris. Her energy changed, her magic and her aura had completely went dark. Keera had never witnessed anything quite like it and was completely horrified at what she was witnessing.

And then, from behind her back, appeared a pitch black axe of sort. It was several feet in length and the blade, was just as large.

" Penny I know that you are upset but please..don't do what you are thinking about doing" Keera pleaded for her life though Penny gave no response.

For the first time in her life, Penny had felt fear. She could very well die in this moment and she saw no way out of the situation.

And just like that, the fire began to fade and her eyes returned to normal, before collapsing to the ground. Behind her, was a strange man, but one, that somehow, managed to put and end to Penny's rage.

And then, a woman stepped forward, holding a small child.

" Well..this complicates things " Shawn looks down at his the girl he had knocked out with a simple touch. A girl, that he recognized. It was his daughter.
