Alanna didn't know what to do. She had to ask about Faolán, but how would she do that having that damn Gaelach by her side? She didn't trust him, and something inside was saying she should not let him near that pack. He was with Badb, who wanted to get in to look for his mate. In reality, she didn't believe that at all. Not that there was no mate, at all, but that they wanted something else.

"Okay, listen now, you little shit. You're gonna be a good boy while I solve this problem, did you understand?"

Gaelach had his red eyes at her and a sinister smile plastered on his face.

"Why would I?" 

"Because if you don't, you'll be dead in no time. I don't give a fuck if I told your brother I'd try to keep you alive. He's not here, is he?"

"Oh, so you're a liar!" He laughed hard. "What a bad, bad girl you are, dear Zilda."
