Citizen Hill's a genetically enhanced warrior trained to hunt infected humans and rogue Gollums. Fearing a Gollum invasion, the leaders of New Therian quarantine the city and implement a lockdown, sealing the city in a dome. Citizen turns to the humans of Elysium for survival, but she soon finds herself at odds with her programming, her creators, and what it means to be human. Fighting at Julian Bless' side, she discovers there’s more to the virus, the Federation Leadership, and her origins.

Julian finally regained full consciousness after his local anesthesia. His legs throbbed. He looked down at his injured foot, but it was no longer there. He instinctively wiggled his toes to give himself the mental comfort that he had full control. The mechanical toes of the titanium prosthetic moved. The nero-connectors had worked. He could also rotate his ankle. His range of motion was not the same, but it was good enough. 


"Julian, you're awake?" Zemira held up a bottle of water. "Drink. The procedure went fine - no more infection. Your health is in the clear."


Bless raised his head and took a drink. "Thank you."


"But you must still be careful with it." 


"This here is our last stem pack." Athan walked up and gave the item to the doctor.
