Grand entry

The Chief priest made his way to the place the pharaoh and the royal families sat. He bowed at the pharaoh and the queens before he sat down behind him.

"You came late." the pharaoh said.

"I apologize, your majesty." The chief priest replied with his head bowed. He did forgot about it, and that would have earn him a punishment if he had not remembered.

"You miss the most interesting part of the fight. I forgive you, but the father of my soon to be daughter in law, shouldn't be missing this great moments." The chief priest nodded and focused on the battle field.

"Who is bold enough to challenge the mighty Urak?" the official asked again.

The gate to the fighters cell opened, and a man walked out holding a sword in his right hand and his other hand, behind him. His face was covered with a lion's face mask. He had a soldier cloth on and his sword sheath tied to his belt. He raised his sword up indicating that he accepts the challenge. The crowd began to murmur amidst themselves, wondering who he was and the boldness he had to challenge the great soldier, Urak.

The soldier walked with his sword towards Urak who was inpatient to get release of his chains and devour the man who had the boldness to accept his challenge.

"Two minutes and we are done." he said flatly. The chains on the giant hand got loose and immediately he charged towards the young man, who moved away fast enough to avoid his punch. Urak ended up punching a wall.

He growled loudly and turned to look at the young man who placed his sword on his shoulder and his other hand behind him, nonchalantly. "Let's make this quick, I just have some few minutes." He said and that angered the giant. He ran towards him with his hand clutch into a fist, ready to blow his head off, but the young man went below and used his sharp sword to cut off his left leg causing a loud shriek from the giant who went down with one leg. The young man used that opportunity and stabbed him through his back and the end of the sword came out through his chest.

The onlooker all went silent as they watch in terror, how their strongest warrior fell to the ground dead.

The young man pulled out his sword and put it back into it sheath and came forward to the throne of the pharaoh, he bowed, "Its been a while...." he looked up, "Father."

The pharaoh who had his hand on his cheeks, lifted a corner of his lips while staring at the mask man.

"You never seem to stop surprising me... Prince Karim."

The prince removed his mask, "You recognized me."

"I know my son. Always having a grand entry." he looked at the lifeless body of Urak, "I most say, your skills have improved a lot."

"All thanks to my hard work." he replied flatly.

Queen Baketmut, stood up seeing her son and walked to him. Her smile broadened when she neared him. Her son was finally back home. After three years of been away.

She drew him in for a hug and hugged him tight.

"My son." she said. She released him and looked at him, "My handsome prince is back... I have missed you so much."

"I know." His face was impassive, revealing no emotions like a living body with an empty soul.

The pharaoh raised up his hand, "The crown Prince has returned." he declared in a loud voice causing a cheer from the people, but prince Karim remained deadpanned. Queen Baketmut kept smiling proudly while staring at her son. He is back and now, her wish will be fulfilled.

Queen Baketmut walked towards the Pharaoh's chamber with her handmaidens trailing behind her. A smile was plastered on her face as she neared his chamber, feeling pleased that her position in the palace will rise immediately the prince gets married to the destined next queen. She wouldn't be looked down upon and she will have her right to some of the affairs of the kingdom.

She stopped at the entrance to the chamber as the Pharaoh personal guard announced her presence. After standing for a minute, she was summoned in.

The Pharaoh laid sideways on his bed with his hand supporting his head. Three maidens, who wore nothing on their upper body exposing their bosoms and only covered their lower body with a piece of white cloth, which was below their knee-length, revealing their exposed thighs, were attending to the pharaoh.

One of them was feeding him some grapes, another was massaging his back, while the last maiden was dancing seductively in front of him.

The Queen Consort, walked in and bowed. "Long live the Pharaoh of the great Egypt. The ruler who can't be defeated."

"Seeing you in my chamber means there is something important you want to tell me." he said.

"I came to greet my husband."

The maidens bowed and left the room.

Queen Baketmut knelt down in front of him, and moved her hand seductively on his chest. "The pharaoh deserves a special treatment tonight."
