A day before the wedding- Marie's third day in Satiah's body.

Satiah walked out of her room, taking a stroll in the courtyard. The wedding is the next day and everyone at the courtyard were all busy. The courtyard was bigger than what she was expecting and that was the first time she was seeing some part of the courtyard. The courtyard had a beautiful garden at the back yard. She went to the garden and sat down, closing her eyes as the air in the garden was cool. She really needed the cool air as she have being under the hot sun for long.

A familiar voice called her name forcing her to look back, Aaru was walking towards her. He looked different this time. His hair was cut shorter and was tied up. The last time she had seen him was in the night and seeing him in the day almost made her wish she was his girlfriend, but that is not happening, she is getting married to the prince soon and can't let something like an affair spoil her plan on becoming the Queen Regnant.

She looked away from him and went back to her formal position of closing her eyes with her head raised.

Aaru sat beside her and said nothing as he stared at the flowers before them. He had a lot to say, he has a lot to say to the spirit that possessed his woman, but he wasn't sure how to say them out.

He cleared his throat and looked at her. "Heard you were sick, are you better now?"

"Of course, I am fine and that is why I am here." she replied sharply.

He nodded and looked at the flowers again, "You aren't bothered about marrying the prince, are you?"

She shook her head, "No, infact I am the happiest person on earth right now, I will be queen once he becomes king."

"My friend hated this marriage, becoming a queen wasn't her dream at all, she wanted to be like every normal woman who can marry whoever they want to and travel round the world with the man she loves." he said sadly.

Satiah opened her eyes and sighed, "Too bad for her, she had a little dream."

He glared at her, "Don't forget you are in the body of my friend, do not talk bad against her."

"The only thing I am happy about with this body is her beauty and body shape. For her brain, I am not impressed, she has little brain. For her emotions, she has a lot of sad emotions. She is such an emotional fool." she said and yawned.

"Stop calling her that, she sacrificed for you."

"She did and that is why I am in a bigger mess." she said and stood up, "I am so sleepy right now. Tomorrow is my wedding, I need to get enough rest for it." she said and made a move to leave but Aaru stopped her.

"I know you aren't happy with all this, you are so sad that you are here in this time and in the body of a lady set to marry the crown prince. I am also sad about it, I am sad about losing my friend, sad about seeing her moving about but the spirit in her body isn't hers. I am sad that I wouldn't get to see her very kind nature again." he looked down and sighed, "But this body still belongs to her. She deserves a proper burial. I also want you gone from here. You have a life there in the future. That is why I am going to help you with all I can to make sure you leave. I will always be with you in the palace and whenever you need me, call me. Your secret will be safe with me." He said.

"Finally pleased to see you saying something sensible. I will put that in mind, I am going to rest now." she said and left.

Aaru wasn't expecting her reply and was shocked at first but when he realized the spirit talks that way, he only nodded.

"I guess I have to get use to the new you." he said and left.

Satiah went back to her room and laid on her bed facing upward. Tomorrow will be the day the royals will have to welcome her as she will take over everything once she becomes Queen Regnant. Once she marries the prince, she will make sure to let everyone standing in her way to the top position be taken out.

Of course, she came from the future and is more wiser. Everyone in her life before have taught her how to be a badass and make everyone bow, and now she wouldn't disappoint them.

A thought came to her mind forcing her to sit up. Her ex and best friend will sure have an ancestor. She will find them wherever they are and punish them. She will change their destinies too.

Egypt would know that the new queen is someone who shouldn't be messed with.

She laid back on her bed and smiled.

.....

Prince Asim walked into the guards room and was welcomed by the soldiers who he sent away. He walked to a cell and smiled at the man seated in the cell with his feet bound and his face bowed.

"My friend, its being a while."

The young man raised his head and smiled, "Yes, prince Asim, it's being a long time."

"Our plan is going smoothly. No one will suspect a thing at the wedding tomorrow. He will be released from the forbidden hills tomorrow and once he is successful, I will get you out of here and we will rule together with him by our side."

"I can't wait to get out of here. I need to pay some people a visit and make their lives miserable. I hope he doesn't go against our will and does what he is commanded to do."

"Don't worry about that, he is with us. No one will suspect a thing not even my mother who thinks she is the wisest in Egypt." he said and laughed evilly.
