First Dungeon Escapade #3 {final}

"Too late" he and Shinigami said at the same time

Before anyone else could react, the shaking became more noticeable until they too were shaking and a group of gargoyles came out

Two daggers appeared on Ma Vương's hands and Shinigami's sword flew from Galaxia's hand and into Shinigami's

Night Witch stepped back a few steps till she was behind the two guys and her wand began to glow a gloomy green glow

Galaxia noticing they won't be able to escape with that much gargoyles around stood next to Night Witch

Unconsciously, the four formed a formation they haven't even thought of before

Without a hint of mercy, the gargoyles rushed in and surrounded the four human Intruders

"Born in the underworld, sword of death!"

"Born in the underworld, sword of death!" Shinigami suddenly said under his breath

The sword in his hand began to glow a violent red and he lifted it up above his head

"Death slash!" with a strong force, he slash the sword down

Although he didn't move from his spot, the red glow on his sword condensed into energy and slashed out at the gargoyles in front of them

Boom!

A loud explosion occurred and the unpleasant cries of the gargoyles rang out. When the dust cleared, the team saw about seventy gargoyles lying on the ground unmoving.

For a moment, even the gargoyles were speechless and stunned

"Are you sure you're at level two?" Ma Vương asked in a soft whispered

"I was one of the first five to logging to the game. My special skill allows me overlooked the difference between levels as long as my opponent isn't more than ten levels above me" Shinigami whispered back

Ma Vương nodded slowly

"Cool"

The gargoyles finally came back to their senses. Seeing their fellow stone creatures on the ground, the attacked with double vigor

"My turn" Night Witch said and stepped away from Galaxia

She does a dramatic slow spin and the already glowing wand glowed brighter. Her hair danced gracefully in the wind which only seem to blow around her

"Originated from the seven great pillers of the universe, inní lá talasiñ!" [1]

At first, nothing happened after her chant but then, the ground began shaking and four pillers grew out of the ground a few feet from then. After growing a good fifty feet high, a thin green transparent energy field surrounded the pillers like a gaint green balloon.

"A protective barrier" Galaxia said "Won't it stop our attacks from reaching them?"

Night Witch took in a deep breath. Her complexion was getting pale slowly and she looked like she was straining herself.

The more the gargoyles on the other side punch and hit the barrier, the worst her suitable become

"No. But their attack can't reach us" Night Witch said "I can't hold it long, two minutes"

"Three minutes? That's good enough" Galaxia stated and he looked at all the gargoyles around them

However, the next second, the team leader suddenly vanished from everyone's sight

In a flash, he appeared outside the barrier with an axe, eyes blood red. His muscles grew larger and in seconds, he wasn't two times his original size

"Bloodlust" Shinigami gasped but quickly regretted it as he began coughing. The skill he used to take out majority of the gargoyles was too much for him

Outside, Galaxia, now in the legendary bloodline mood with all stats increased by 50 stared coldly at the remaining gargoyles

Sensing danger, they turned to Galaxia unknown to them that was the last person they would see

Boom

Bang

Crash

Slam

Clanggg

With the giant axe, Galaxia chopped through the pile of gargoyles as the rushed towards him. He didn't hold back at all and if he had bee fighting creatures with blood, then this could have been the perfect blood bath.

Bloodlust was one of the overpowered skills in the new world and only those whose class were warrior-warman could have a chance of owning

Like Shinigami's Sword of the underworld skill, Bloodlust was overpowered

In a two and a half minutes, Galaxia, along with his blood-red axe finished cutting off the rest of the gargoyles

He turned and looked at his team and Ma Vương's heart skipped a beat.

"Scary" he couldn't help but say

The others seemed to have been startled too as he didn't get any reply

Galaxia's axe vanished from sight and his body shrink at a rapid speed

Like anyone could have guessed, Galaxies clothes didn't fit anymore and had dirt's on them, what's remaining of them that is

Night Witch coughed awkwardly and looked away while the other two guys definitely weren't nearly as well mannered

They both smirked and Galaxia glared

"What? Never seen an half naked man before?!" Galaxia yelled half in anger and half in embarrassment.

"You call yourself a man? Your chest is almost as flat as a pancake" Shinigami said and Ma Vương finally couldn't hold it in again and burst out laughing

However, before Galaxia could defend his manliness, a ground shaking roar rang throughout the dungeon

The walls were shaking violently and spider web cracks appeared on the roof of the dungeon

In an instant, Night Witch's protective barrier shattered and she fell on the ground under the pressure of the roar

'The boss? Now we're in trouble' Ma Vương thought to himself

When the shaking finally reduced and the dust cleared, the four turned to the way the other gargoyles had ran in from

There, a giant stood with long stone wings behind it's back, large body parts and soul devouring red eyes

The boss of this dungeon and the Gargoyles King

'Very big trouble'

The boss roared. The sight of it's subordinates dead on the ground angered him and he glared down at the humans responsible for this

Some monsters had low intelligence but gargoyles were quite smart.

The boss knew that for them to destroy all his subordinates in such a short period of time, these four had to be strong. very strong.

With that in mind, the boss wasn't going to go easy or hold back at all. It opened it's mouth and let out another roar

"Cover your ears!" Shinigami yelled

Easier said than done that turn d out to be. The new roar of the boss carried violent energy waves and a very oppressive force.

Talk less moving their hands, the four could hardly breathe under the pressure of the roar

[The boss of the gargoyles dungeon has released his oppressive roar. Those within fifty feet of him will immediately be unable to move for five minutes.

Note => Only creatures above level 10 can use the roar.

The roar can cause mental disorder or shock. Beware]

Ma Vương and the others were shocked by the system notification they received. Mental disorder? Were they going to go crazy? Above level 10? This was supposed to be a beginner dungeon!

'Shit, gotta break this' Ma Vương thought to himself

The boss stopped roaring and charged at the human's that dared to enter it's domain without permission and kill it's subordinates

Ma Vương panicked and he racked his brain for a solution. He quickly opened the system store and jumped straight to skills

'Th only way to break a very strong skill is with an equally strong or stronger skill'

'The more powerful the better'

[Air Crushing Hammer Technic ~ Heaven ~ 1000 gold coins] x4

[Demonic aura skill ~ Heaven ~ 1500 gold coins] x3

[Raining Sword Skill ~ Heaven ~ 2000 gold coins] x5

[Heaven Devouring Hammer ~ ?? ~ 500 platinum coins] x1

Without a second thought, Ma Vương bought the Mystic Hammer Skill and the Heaven devouring hammer

Against pure strength, Ma Vương needed something truly strong. Something that will destroy a rock. The hammer and hammer skill was the best the store had to offer

A crazy smile appeared on Ma Vương's face and he faced the gargoyle boss

He wasn't an idiot. Even with his new weapon and skill, the difference between levels was not a joke. If he wasn't careful, he would get squashed

The gargoyle boss however noticed the change in Ma Vương's attitude and decided to get ride of him first.

When the boss close in on Ma Vương, he took in a breath and with a single leap, Ma Vương moved three feet backward

He then jumped as high up into the air as be could

'The gargoyle is big and heavy. Although it can fly, if I caught it off guard, I'll be able to restrict him movement'

Ma Vương jumped with all his strength and successful went higher than the gargoyles head

The boss raised it's head, startled by the human's action. It immediately spread it's wings but Ma Vương was well prepared and wasn't going to let that happen

The large black hammer glowed light red and Ma Vương swung it down

However, he miscalculated the weight of the hammer as it immediately slipped out of his grasp and fell with gravity

Ma Vương fell ungracefully and seconds later the hammer landed on the gargoyles chest

boom!

Another explosion occurred and it knocked everyone off their feet. The foundation of the dungeon shook greatly causing the dungeon to begin to collapse

"inní lá talasiñ!"

Through all the stones and dust, a green light shone

It took around three minutes for everything to be stable again.

Ma Vương and the others looked through the green barrier at their environment.

The dungeon was a mess. It wasn't even a dungeon anymore, just a bunch of fallen stones and dust

Not only Ma Vương, the other three were shocked

The protective barrier was dropped

[World Announcement]

[Congratulations, Party 154 have successfully become the first party to clear a dungeon in the world with zero casualties. Party Members are; Galaxia, Shinigami, Night Witch and Hon Ma Vương. Rewards include; +1 level, +10 MP and +5 luck points]

Ma Vương felt his chest lighten after hearing the notification. The boss was dead.

He got up and walked to where his hammer was, surprisingly not buried under the stones. The boss's body was partly buried but on it's chest, the was a wide hole

'I never would have gone for the chest. Is this coincidence or luck?' Ma Vương thought to himself

He pulled up the hammer which suddenly was already at same height as him

Mainwhile, the other three were in a state of dazed. Forget about the dead boss and forget about the destroyed dungeon. Did they just hear the notification right?

"Hon Ma Vương?!" they all exclaimed at same time

Startled, Ma Vương quickly turned around. He thought another monster appeared. Only after seeing the others shocked expression did he understand.

The notification mentioned his name...his real name

Putting away the hammer, Ma Vương picked one of the four skill books that were the drops from the boss, leaving behind three others and a pile of gold coins

They'll sort themselves out later

With that in mind, Ma Vương sent a smile and a two fingers salute at the others. He activated his most used skill yet and dashed out of there.

Okay, not the badass fight scene i always imagined but that's the best I could come up with now.

This is are totally made up words. I wanted to do something cool, and I love magic especially the chants so I thought why not and came up with this
