A date it is then.

Lewis took Jada to the garage where his car was kept, he dipped his hands into the pocket of the cargo pants he put on in search of a circular small button.

"You might want to close your eyes"  He said to Jada who was studying him for a moment, checking out what he was doing.

"Why?" She asked him, baffled why he wants her to close her eyes.

"It's a surprise baby girl, it's no fun if you see it just like that"

"Okay" she closed her eyes, using her hands to cover her face too.

Lewis moved his gaze from her to the car garage, getting the button out of his pants he presses it softly as the door rolls up revealing some cars of different kinds inside of it.

He used his other hand and pressed a small button on the car keys enabling the car to move slowly towards them.

"You can open them now," He uttered.

"OMG, lewy this is so-"

"Hot?" Lewis completed the words for her, she stood speechlessly staring at the stunning Porsche car in front of her.

"It's a babe" He giggled, scratching the back of his head.

"It's really pretty, probably one of the prettiest things I have ever seen in my life" Jada proclaimed, still amazed by the beauty and neatness of the car.

"It's the second prettiest thing after you" Lewis acknowledged Jada, earning a soft but pretty smile from her.

"It's red just like my dress, it's really beautiful lewy" She complimented on the car once more.

The features of the Porsche were powerful, very exclusive and exotic, elegant and highly sophisticated along with the red color it possessed.

"Why don't I drive you home now, it's past midnight already" Lewis glanced at his watch checking out the time. Jada stole a glance at him at that specific moment, he looked cute with his face sideways.

"Okay" She agreed to his offer.

"But wait, do you really know how to drive this thing?" She asked Lewis.

He rolls his eyes before speaking up "Time to find out, hop in", he pushed a key into the ignition key jerking the car back to life. The car flashed a bright light from its headlight.

"Woah" Jada's jaws dropped in amazement, the car really astonished her. Lewis was barely eighteen years old but he was gifted with a sports car already. Her getting such a car would be in a million years to come.

She hoped into the car politely, she has a phobia for cars after watching an accident happen in front of her when she was right so it still scared a bit. The only time she felt comfortable in a car was if she was with her family Joe, Jane or her dad to be precise or anyone trusts.

Lewis doesn't know about that else he would have urged her to go home with her family together.

Even if she wanted to go somewhere far, she prefers using foot to trek there than using cars. Though she uses the school bus when going to school but mostly it was because Olivia goes together with her.

Jada has read plenty of magazines about cars and searched online about them profusely.

She knows Porsches are sports cars designed to be super fast so it scared her more that Lewis was the one driving, as much as she trusted him she couldn't risk her life at the same time too.

"Don't be scared Jada, don't you trust me?" Lewis called her by her name this time around as Jada turns to face him after getting into the car and closing it. She was sweating heftily, her heart throbbing rapidly.

"Drive slowly lewy" She ignored his question staring at him, and clutching her throbbing heart.

"At your service, milady" He droved off.

--------------------------

Few minutes later.

"We are here" Lewis announced to Jada, retrieving her back to life after being lost in thought. They lived in the same street so driving her to her house wasn't that hard, Jada's house was situated at the end of the valley view Street, being among the old houses in that area unlike Lewis's own which was about few meters far from hers.

"Thank you for driving me home" She thanked him, looking into his bright charming brown eyes, always catching her off guard.

"I guess this is where we say goodbye till whenever we decide to see each other again" Jada said to him with a sad grin appearing at the end of her lips which Lewis notices.

An awkward silence fell between them for a few seconds before Lewis decided to speak up.

"Are you free tomorrow?, We could go out for a date if you are free tomorrow?" Lewis asked her, arching a brow up and waiting patiently for her answer.

"My schedule's as free as the wind" Jada chuckled softly.

He shaked his head politely before speaking, "A date it is then".

Jada cheered herself a high five excitedly.

"I have got to go, good night lewy" She wished him, opening the door and trying to leave but Lewis stops her.

"Goodnight?," He looks at her, remember we got interupted when you wanted to kiss me" He reminded her as she tries hopping out of the car.

Jada snorts nervously, she thought he has forgotten about the kiss but that thought was wrong, "right, that I haven't done".

"So?" Lewis stared at her waiting for the kiss.

She moved back into the car quietly, leaning towards Lewis, her gaze stopped on his soft lips. Gosh!, It looked yummy.

Jada closed her eyes and tugs at his lips softly, Good God!, his lips tasted like sweet berries. Lewis broke the kiss himself looking her in the eyes before kissing her one more time and then let her go. Well that was one hell of a kiss.

"You are a good kisser" He praised her kissing skills.

"Goodnight"

"Goodnight babe" Lewis wished her as she wished him the same.

"Don't forget about our date, I will pick you by one tomorrow" He said to Jada stroking her hair gently.

"I will be ready" She said to him with a smile appearing on her face.

Jada pushed the car door open, moving out of the car and waving to Lewis. She turned and marched towards the house but stopped as Lewis called her.

"Babe" He called.

"Yes" she answered.

"I love you" He mentioned to her in a low tone. Jada's cheeks turned pink at those words, her heart danced happily.

"I love you more" She uttered the same words to him.

"Bye" He waved and droved off.

"Drive safely" Jada waved along, watching him closely as he took off.

---------------------------

Jada stepped into the house quietly and it was dark, though she hated darkness and would scream at the top of her lungs, if she was left alone in a dark place.

She didn't mind about it this time, she was too excited about today to think about anything that would bother her. She felt grateful the door wasn't locked so she tiptoed carefully to her room but stopped in her tracks when a voice called her.

"Jada!".
