New York (Alex Wayne's 'Hysteria Mode' I) Part 10

This time he stops attacking me with the liquid metal wave, instead he uses any metal object to throw me. Seeing his attack, I felt helpless, the bastard used the amount to prevent me from approaching him.

Evading with difficulty I escape from his attacks, only for him to increase the objects he throws at me.

The pressure was to the point that I showed apertures, which Magneto took advantage of, throwing a large number of objects at me which hit me.

Most hit my chest which makes me roll on the ground, when I recover and calm down, I spit blood from my mouth, since the attack has hurt me internally.

"ALEX" shouted the captain when he saw my condition.

I look at him and shake my head so that he doesn't intervene.

I get up, look at Magneto calmly and prepare to attack him.

While Alex fought, the X-Men fight the remaining members of the Brotherhood.

Professor Xavier, Captain, Laura, Natasha, and Elektra didn't get involved as they watched Alex's battle against Magneto.

"He is going to be fine, right?" asks a concerned Captain.

"Don't worry Cap, our job is to protect the children" Natasha says.

"She's right, besides, if this gets out of hand, I won't let Erick kill him" says the professor while he looks at the unconscious Juggernaut.

"Alex won't lose, he promised to take me to see my mom" says a calm Laura.

Hearing the girl's words, Elektra stares at Alex's back, and ends by saying:

"I hope so"

Barbara and Sharon were farther away with the children, but they could still clearly see the confrontation.

"How long will they take to arrive?" Sharon asks Barbara.

"They will arrive in 5 minutes" Barbara answers.

Natasha had already informed them of the enemies' abilities and Barbara had called Fury to tell him what had happened.

Fury, who had received the call from Barbara, was heading towards them personally with proper weapons to support them.

Alex Wayne POV

This battle is really annoying. My left arm is numb, I have serious injuries on my chest and I am heavily breathing.

I head over and pick up a metal bar with my right hand, jumping to the side while dodging Magneto's incoming attack.

Magneto looks at me and says:

"How pathetic you look now Alex Wayne"

Without answering I throw the metal bar at him; Magneto scoffs and stops the metal bar in the air easily.

"How stupid..." Before Magneto finished his words, a small stone hit him in the nose, making him cry out in pain.

Not giving him time to recover, I rush over to punch him, but the bastard backs away while throwing metal objects at me, forcing me back.

Seeing his face that twisted with anger, mockingly I tell him:

"It's true, you really are pathetic"
