Alex is looking at Natasha strangely.

No, our protagonist is not surprised that she is there, but rather that she brought Ghost-Spider and Spider-Man with her.

"I don't think it bothers you that I brought them, right?" Natasha asked with a smile and throwing flirty glances at him.

Alex is speechless, but shaking his head he answers:

"I don't mind, surely it has to do with Riri, right?"

He knows that Riri is the one providing upgrades for these two kids since Natasha asked her to.

The suits that Ghost-Spider and Spider-Man are currently wearing were made by Riri and have the capabilities like the Spider-Man suit from universe 616 that Alex gave Peter.

"Yeah, that girl said she got an upgrade to the new suits and since I was coming over here, I decided to bring them since they wanted to come too" Natasha replied calmly as she relaxed in her seat.

"Hello Mr. Wayne, long time no see" Spider-Man greeted happily.

"Sorry for the inconvenience" Ghost-Spider said calmly.

Alex smiles amused when he sees these kids, they are wearing their suits but Alex doesn't mind, in this place few know their true identity, and the only ones are the members of the Council.

And he thinks it's wise for them to stay that way.

"Well, at the moment she's waiting for me to have a picnic, so wait a while for me to finish, and we'll go see her" he said reviewing the last papers to finish.

Natasha nods her head unsurprised.

But it is not the same for her students as they are surprised, they never expected that the Governor of Genosha would be finishing his activities quickly just to go on a picnic.

But remembering that apart from Governor, he is also a father, they accepted it.

"Is it okay for us to participate? After all, a picnic is something to spend time with the family, right?" Spider-Man asked as he scratched the back of his head, looking a bit embarrassed.

Ghost-Spider also has the same thoughts.

"It doesn't matter, you are Natasha's protégés and therefore you are already part of the family, so you don't have to be tense, just relax" Alex said without worries, since he saw it that way and also liked them a lot, so it wasn't a problem.

The arachnid duo were touched by his words and nodded their heads no longer feeling worried about participating in the picnic.

Also, they would treat it like a break, after all the hero work had been so heavy, with the new villains showing up.

After about ten minutes, Alex stretches and says:

"It's done, now we can go and relax" Alex said as he got up from his seat.

Natasha, Ghost-Spider and Spider-Man all nod and also get up from their seats to follow him.

"Where will the picnic be?" Natasha asked, she hadn't asked him before since she didn't want to distract him and it will take longer.

"In Eden Park, it will take us a few minutes to get there" Alex answered as they left the office.

"Oh! I haven't been to that place, if I remember correctly that was created by Mutants with powers related to nature, right?" Natasha asked a little curious.

"Yeah, after all it's only been a year since it was created, and since we've been busy, we don't visit it much" Alex answered calmly.

Natasha nodded, she had been working a lot as an Avenger and an agent, and that had left little time to rest.

That's why she easily took the two arachnid heroes as her disciples, since when she retires in a couple of years, they could replace her, and she was satisfied with her choice since they both have a lot of potential.

The arachnid duo were shocked when they heard about a nature reserve created by the Mutants.

That would change the world and make it better.

And now that they remember it, they had heard in the news that Genosha had helped different countries with problems of extreme poverty and their help had immediate positive effects.

It seems that they must be careful not to be surprised by what they see since it seems that Genosha makes the impossible possible.

After a few minutes, they arrived at Eden Park.

Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy decided not to wear their suits because their identities are known to those who would be present at the picnic.

And they would be in a secluded place, so they didn't worry too much.

As they walked, Alex managed to see where they were all gathered.

It seems that his group were the last to arrive. The first to notice them were his two children, as they separated from his mother and flew at high speed towards him.

Alex smiled softly and caught them.

The twins snuggled up enjoying their father's warmth.

Peter and Gwen were stunned by the ability of the children but remembering who the parents were, they calmed down.

"You sure took your time" Wanda said when she saw them approaching.

Sitting down next to her, Alex casually says:

"Just the usual paperwork, but with some complications"

"Well, don't start talking about work, this is a moment of rest" Irene said with a smile.

Alex nods and decides to continue pampering Sasha and Alejandro, who are currently climbing his body.

Peter, Gwen and Natasha settle in too.

Riri looks at the arachnid duo, and as if remembering something she says:

"Oh! That's right, I had called you guys to do some upgrades on your suits, I'm sorry, I should have sent them to you but I've been so busy that I forgot, so once we're done here, I'll take you to the lab"

"Don't worry, we are the ones who are sorry for the inconvenience, after all you always help us" Gwen said quickly with a serious tone.

Peter nodded in agreement with his partner's words.

Riri nodded with a smile.

Looking at that, Alex didn't say anything and started to enjoy this moment with everyone present.

The picnic was a great success so they could relax.
