CHAPTER 34

Edmund groaned as he rolled from one corner of the bed to the other, hoping the person knocking at his door would take the hint and leave, but no, the knocking became more persistent and he was forced to stand and check who it was. "What the hell, Jason?" Without his permission, Jason forced his way into the room.

"Sorry to say this, but you look mad. When last did you shave?" Jason eyed his elder brother from head to toe. He couldn't deny that his brother looked like a shell of his old self. "When last did you clean your room?"

Edmund frowned at his brother, "For the sake of your life, I hope whatever it is you have to say is worth my time and sleep,"

Jason's mouth twisted to the side, "Seeing the way you are sleeping like a baby, I will take it that you have no idea about the latest happening in town."
