???'s pov, I walked past multiple, mutilated corpses, there blood glistening in the sunlight.
on the ledge, stood a silver wolf, blood dripped from it's claws, a deep blue aura covered its body, as it's beast like appearance shifted into a human one.
waist length silver hair danced as the wind brushed past her slender frame.
"he's not here either, brother." she sighed, as she looked off into the distance, her lips began to tremble, but quickly returned to normal.
"don't worry, he's out there." I tried to reassure my her, "besides we know how stubborn he his, there's no way he's dead."
"then why is every trace of him disappearing at every turn!" she clenched her fists, "every trace of him we find, it ends in a dead end."
I was about to comfort her, but her phone suddenly rang.
she quickly answered it, as she continued to stare off to the distance.
"are you sure?" she asked, as her voice cracked.
"ok, thanks." she muttered as she ended the phone call.
"what was that?" I asked.
she turned back towards me, her silver-grey eye's burned with fire.
"sis, what happened?" I repeated, now getting nervous.
"we're going to LA." she declared, as she stormed back towards the exit.
"LA, why LA?" I questioned, as I followed her.
she tossed her phone to me, I looked down at the picture that was displayed on the screen.
a man with dark hair, and red eye's, was walking down a boardwalk.
looking into his eye's, I instantly knew who it was.
"that's right." my sister said, without looking back, "Jake's in LA, and we're going to get there before he vanishes again."

Jake's pov, I watched as Sam tried to defuse the situation with a nervous smile.
"how can I help you?" Sam asked in a happy tone.
Sam's tactic didn't seem to work, due to the scowl on her face continued to darken.
"get out of my damn way..." she growled, as she pushed Sam to the side.
shivers continued to run down my spine, but I remained firm.
'I won't be intimidated by her!' I thought to myself.
she continued waltzing around the house, as if she owned the place, checking the fridge, cabinets of the kitchen.
with a huff, she started to walk towards the stairway. I watched blankly as she went up the stairs. I heard the sound of a door opening.
"the hell is she doing?" I questioned, as I ran up the stairs after her.
the room to my door was now wide open. I entered the room, as she was lounging on my bed, like she was testing out the mattress before buying it from the store.
"hey, the hell you doing in my room?" I asked as I approached her.
"it's mine now..." she said in an matter-of-factly tone, "think of it as payment for cleaning up your mess."
"what mess?" I questioned, confused.
"the leftover wolves, duh." she stated with a annoyed look on her face.
I stared at her in disbelief, not at the fact that she finished the wolves off, not the fact that her clothes are as good as new.
but at the fact that she chose my room, when their is at least two to three other rooms to choose from.
"no, get out and choose another room, if you're too broke to pay for an apartment." I said as I walked closer.
she laughed like she heard the best joke of the century.
"one, money isn't a problem, two, I chose this room, you can move into one of the other's." she said as she waved at me to leave.
as she continued to wave me off, I grabbed her wrist, she started to protest but was useless as I continued to drag her out of my room.
"get your damn hands off of me, you-" before she finished her complaint, I shoved her out and slammed the door.

Sam's pov, after Jake ran up the stairs after her, there was some shouting, then a slam of a door.
after a few minutes of silence, the woman came down the stairs with a bewildered look on her face.
she looked over at me with a sharp glare, and pointed at me.
"you, go tell him to open the door to my room at once!!! I will wait no longer." she said in a condescending tone, as she snapped her fingers.
I stared at her with a blank face.
"w-what?" I asked, as I held back my laugh.
"he threw me out of the room I claimed, the nerve..." she growled, as she stomped her foot into the ground.
I reached my limit. I burst into laughter at the situation.
her face contorted in confusion at my sudden outburst of laughter.
"what's so funny?" she asked, as she crossed her arms.
"I don't know, maybe it's the fact that you think you have a say here!" I weezed, "or maybe it's the hole I claimed this room, and he won't get out!" I mimicked her voice, with the best pouting face I could muster.
her face changed from confusion, to anger in an instant.
"you..." she growled.
"now, now, how abut you state your name first." I tried to calm her down.
she studied me for a moment, probably debating whether or not to disclose her name to me. after mulling over her thoughts, she decided to speak.
"my name is Elise, happy" she said in a venomous tone.
"yup." I said with a smile, "but, what's your reasoning for meddling with Jake from the shadow's?"
I let my normally cheerful facade drop, showing a more serious one.
"if you try to hurt him..." my voice came out with a demonic tone, "I'll kill you..."
she looked genuinely surprised for a moment, but quickly composed herself. as if nothing happened at all.
"while I may have plans for him, I don't intend to kill him. for now, anyway, but I will be staying here for now, and your not going to change that." Elise said in a matter-of-factly tone.
I took a deep breath, ad I stared at her for a moment. I let out a light chuckle.
"fine, do whatever you want, but don't try taking Jake's room again, he's possessive of his thing's." I laughed as I turned back towards the TV.
