Chapter 45: I Always Lose

Matthew didn’t want to say it out loud. If it wasn’t what the man had in mind, he didn’t want to expand his imagination.

“Yes, Matthew,” he said with a confident voice. How did this man know about him that much?

“You… You can't. It's not ethical," Matthew shook his head involuntarily and frowned.

"It's what we need. But don't be upset, it won't be under harmful conditions," the man spoke with his thick, vibrating voice slowly.

"You will use our bodies so that you can move faster, so that you can be stronger!" Matthew started shouting, he couldn't internalize it.

"Only after natural death. We can fix the issues in bodies in Cryolife and we can replace our brains. Your body won't go to waste, and we can rebuild our generation."

Matthew's feelings were complicated. He was shocked and angry, for a moment he couldn't talk.
