Chapter 2; Calm

When I first came to this place. I only wanted to rest and relax and then try to restore myself But shortly I then gained friends and a family. And even a boyfriend well not yet anyway.

When Jessica asked me again if I wanted to eat.

I then realised that I was standing there for 10 minutes or so.

Jessica asked me again but louder.

I then said yes.

We went downstairs using the elevator.

We don't have any place for eating So we often turn our living room into a place for eating.

When we all sat down except for the boys.

I always wonder where they went to these days.

I tried to ask Ella and Emma

Regardless, they explained that they didn't know.

I asked Jessica but she didn't say anything.

So I decided to leave the matter and discuss something else.

As we were talking about those boys we saw on the street some days ago.

Jessica asked me if I was still going to kill those people who are on the list.

I wanted to say no but I then realised that even if I had a good friend, a family and even a soon to be a boyfriend.

But those who hurt me and bully me aren't going to change so why should I.

Emma snapped her fingers to get an answer for you and asked me if was okay.

I said I was good.

I saw a relief on Jessica's face which was weird but ignored it.

Then Ella asked me the same question that Jessica asked.

But this time I didn't waste time in answering and said yes.

So we started preparing to go.

Ella asked for the full name of the person.

Of course, I give her.

Then she did something with her computer and got the guy's address.

I then realised that Ella was the

brains of the whole operation.

She was cute but very smart.

So I have to gain her trust like Emma.

So I told her that she did a good job and that she should teach me one day.

She then said thanks and I should visit their room when I want.

After some chats with her. We parked our tool and were about to go.

Until Jessica handed me a small pocket knife in case things goes bad.

She was been too nice for my liking.

Because the girl I know would rather let us dead than help us.

But this girl in front of me was difficult.

I took the knife and went outside.

When everybody came, we went to the guy's home using John's car.

I was surprised when I saw where he was living.

It was a mansion painted white and beautiful Roses all around the house.

It was very tough getting into the mansion.

But we found a way in.

The girls hence told me that I should kill him and run away.

They stood outside waiting for me to come back.

When I wandered around the mansion.

I realised that everything was expensive from the wall to the paintings and the vases.

I eventually found Shane the guy I was soon going to murder.

He was sitting at the dinner table with his family.

And his family looked happy which melted my heart.

I was about to leave until Shane's wife split water on him by mistake.

When she was about to get a napkin to wipe off the water from his face.

He slapped her and start beating her badly and her two daughters were trying to get him off her

But instead, they ended up receiving a beating from him too.

At that moment I realised that Shane didn't n change for the good but for the worst.

And this family is tolerating his behaviour.

She decided to end this.

She came out from the shadows and called his name.

Everyone frozen and then Shane asked who she was but she said nothing.

He got angered and tried to slap her but she avoided it.

And then stabbed him in his heart.

His wife who was shocked therefore asked her who she was.

I am nothing.

She was terrified and asked why she killed her husband.

Did you prefer him being alive and endless beating you and your daughters on till you die, I asked.

She was silent.

But one of her daughters said no that we all hate him.

But before she could finish her sentence.

Her mother closed her mouth and told her that she should be mute.

And whispered to her said what if she will kill us too.

I wouldn't kill you or your daughters.

She was eased and asked what I want.

I said I wanted you and your kids to be happy that is all.

She was flabbergast and asked if want money.

Nay, I explained.

But she went and got me a bag of money.

I tried to return it but she wouldn't let me.

Then she told me her name was Rose and those are her daughters Emily and Amira.

Emily asked how we are going to

explain this to the police.

I told them to say that you were robbing and your husband was trying to call the cops but they cot him and killed him.

Everyone agreed and I was about to leave when Rose asked me if they could follow me out.

I agreed because I need direction out of this house anyway.

We were chatting the way out.

Then when we were outside.

Ella, Emma and Jessica spotted a with them.

They thought something was wrong so they drew out their weapons.

But telling them what transpired and they were okay except for Jessica.

But I quickly showed her the money and she was chill.

We left that place and went home the boys were not home yet.

So we then decided not to tell them the truth when they come back.

And shared the money between the four of us.

After that Emma used some of her money that was shared to buy groceries from the store that was a few miles away from her.

She said it would only be a few minutes and then took the car and left.

But it was an hour until she returned.

She said there was traffic.

Then she went to the kitchen to make dinner.

While we all took a bath.

When we were done, we came downstairs.

And what we saw made me realise that Emma was the chef.

As we sit down and said our prayers.

  Then the boys came home and joined us to eat.

After eating Alex asked me and Freddie to clean up.

What a controlled freak, I thought

After I and Freddie were done cleaning up.

Freddie held me by my waist and told me he missed me.

I told him I missed him too.

And I asked him to let go but he didn't and he said that I needed to kiss him.

I laughed and said no way.

Then he kiss me I was angry but it felt good.

Then I heard someone coming and quickly pushed Freddie away.

I realised that Oscar had heard us talking and seen us kiss.

I was scared that he would tell but surprising he just told us to be careful.

Then went to the to collect water and left.

I asked Freddie why Oscar was so calm about our kiss and even advised us.

Freddie told me that the rule of not dating was only made by Alex.

And that Oscar was dating Emma while John was dating Ella.

Then he told me that only Alex those not know.

I hence understood that whole situation.

And I then continued kissing him.

In the morning I woke up and realised that I was not in my room.

Beside me was not Jessica but Freddie.
