Real Training

"Lower your arm a bit." David lightly touched my hand, "to get the right balance, you need to be less rigid."

"I'm trying." I frown at him, "you think taking a squat is easy?"

"Who was the one who asked to exercise with the pack?"

"I asked for that. However, I never requested a punishment. Asking me to take a squat is a punishment!"

"You need to get a balance before you think of fighting. Your hamstrings have to be stretched, and your balance steady. You must perfect it all."

"This isn't damn yoga." I stood, "I'm not doing it again. You are punishing me in the name of training. This isn't training, it's punishment!"

My back hurts like hell. It felt as if a gigantic brick was placed on my back. The pain I feel right now is unlike any I've ever felt, in my entire life.

It seems my bones are in the process of cracking, should care not to be taken.

"Then you are not ready to train."
