Weird.
That was the only thing Peter felt as his eyes clicked open to the bright sun.
Weird.
Not the fact today was the day that they were going to Russia to get the Heather Eye.
Nor the fact that it's been three months and they were about to go into Ike territory.
Nor the fact that everyone knew about the war and were taking sides for the Ikes or Heathers.
Not the fact that a few reporters have traveled to Hemor by plane to ask questions.
Nor the fact that Vienne continued to get close to him, although she's already with Xavier.
Nor the fact that his friend was apparently his brother and they have a father who is a king.
Nor the fact that if they lose, Ikeland is going to take over the world, and put it under their rule.
It was just that he was sweaty for some reason, and that he felt much shorter than before.
Nonetheless, he got up and looked at the direction of Micah's room.
Just to check up on it, he got up from his bed and walked over there to be sure to check.
Interestingly, he found Micah snuggled asleep and he seemed to be having a good dream too.
But, then in the midst of seeing him, he got some thoughts himself too.
He could remember the day when Micah disturbed him while pleasantly looking at Gwen, which he still found pleasing to this day. It was scary to see him for some reason. It was possibly the thought of losing him, and that one time he may be stabbed or blown up or something, knowing not only his best friend but his brother was dead.
Maybe it was the fact that they were continuing their campaign today.
That seemed entirely possible, due to the many thoughts he's been having.
But then, something managed to get him out of it—Micah's voice.
"Uh, what are you doing?" Micah asked, looking at Peter with a confused expression.
A bit embarrassed, Peter stammered, "Oh-uh-uh, seeing how you're doing."
"I'm doing perfectly fine, thank you."
Peter nodded.
Then something in that case managed to click on in Micah's mind.
"What's the time?"
"What do you mean?"
"We need to get to breakfast to discuss our plan."
"Plan?"
After a split second, it suddenly clicked in his mind.
"Plan!"
In a quick time, Peter rushed—and stumbled over to his room.
He quickly stationed his head towards the clock, and saw "8:25."
They were supposed to be at breakfast at eight.
"Uh, it's eight twenty-five," Peter slowly said, scared to see his reaction.
His fear was not in vain.
Micah screamed in shock, and then quickly tumbled over his bed—which Peter felt was a bit overdramatic.
But nonetheless, he quickly proceeded towards the bathroom, as he got his towels and body care cosmetics for himself, although Micah believed it was both of theirs.
The reason why they needed to dress up for the plan was due to their next part of the campaign, the Passageway.
Based on the doctor that the Ikes kidnapped—Dr. Lenz—he said it was in Russia, where a fellow scientist of his made the Passageway to protect the Heather Eye.
But there was a major Ike city by the side, and because of the war, they immediately rocked up garrisons of tens of thousands of soldiers.
Only a thousand were coming with them.
So, this was going to be a challenge, but he hoped that they could dodge that hopefully.
But, Micah had to use the Heather Eye to stop the Ikes and end the war once and for all.
The Ikes were one of the most powerful kingdoms in the world.
But also were the Heathers.
If they were to fight, that would mean destruction. Families set apart.
Deaths like no other.
The first battle was brutal, but hopefully they could keep as many lives as they could.
But that was going to be hard due to General Stricker, one of the greatest generals of the Ikes.
He commanded the first major battle, but fled due to Micah's sudden transformance.
But, he would be back—stronger than ever.
So, they needed to end this war, quickly and fast.
"Okay, you ready?" Peter asked, as he saw Micah strapping his belt.
They had to get to the training center, where they trained with weapons. They had certain uniforms they had to wear when they entered.
It was quite the multitude, intriguing the two boys to see what they could try.
Micah tried the bow, but ended up hitting the projector that was in the middle of the room, which he was very embarrassed of.
Peter tried the dagger, which he thought was much more nimble and quick as the sword, but he ended up swinging too high.
In the end, none of them worked.
So they stuck with the sword, which they managed to master in a small amount of time.
Recently, Micah and Peter did a little competition between each other, to see who was the best knight.
So far it was tied, and they never came up with a conclusion.
They got out of the room, heading to the left of the halls.
They were going to the elevator room which was the same as the Heatherland Kingdom.
They weren't initially going to the training center to practice, because they needed to go to breakfast first.
It was only a matter of time before their reactions showed.
