The great escape

"Move your ass. Attacker is coming. All previous teams depart to eliminate all get eliminated instead."

A bunch of laugh was reverberated.

"You should know how serious it is. When I say they get eliminated means literally. This maybe your last time to see the world so I want you focus on this." the leader said with stern expression.

"Sir. I want to ask one thing"

The leader glanced at person who raised his hand.

"Just be quick. What you want to ask."

"You know. We are equipped with best equipment and best weapon. Addition to that, we also well trained. So how could we be defeated just only one person."

Immediately, a big screen emerged from the ground. The screen played what was recorded on the ground. Their face were changed upon watching that. One person vomited when watching this.

"Fire" they opened fire when the number arrived [-20]. Even the door wasn't fully opened, they still shot with everything they got.

Shooting sound was resonating across the hall. The elevator was shaped into bee-hive.

"Stop firing. Stop firing." leader shouted out loud but they didn't stop because his voice is too small to hear.

The firing was stopped not because of his command but rather there is nothing in the elevator. They both stared at each other confusedly.

"Sir. There is nothing."

"Hmm. That is not right. You. Go to check" he pointed the smallest one in crowd of people.

"Me."

"Yes. You. John. Stop looking around you."

"Okay"

That guys was slowly reaching the elevator. His leg was shaken due to fear. He had witnessed how horrible and fierce the attacker but other people just judged this as a joke. Ultimately, he is afraid of death but he has no choice. He can only obey his commander.

He quick-glance the corner with gun pointing forwards.

"Nothing here. Then maybe"

He aimed the gun at roof-elevator.

"Still no. Then maybe he run away. Originally like this"

"Hey rookie. What you see."

"Ah. Nothing, sir." John replied

"Phew, boy. It looked like a fake alarm. I will report this to above. You guys focus. Don't let your guard down."

"It's look like there is nothing in here" John relieved his stress.

"I thought I will be dead in this place." he smiled cheerfully. His smile was stopped when he heard something.

"What is that sound." he reached the wall. Placing the ear on the wall, he can hear very small noise. It became clearly with each time.

*boom.* an explosion appeared swallowing John standing in there. A group of people standing near elevator was injured. They immediately pointed the gun towards the top of elevator. Suddenly, a ball thing rolled to them.

"Bomb. Take cover" however, their reaction wasn't fast enough. The bomb was exploded sending debris flying with high speed. With this deadly speed and the hard of steel, it's not different bullet. Penetrating soldier body, one by one fell to ground.

The elevator was also damaged and fell down. After the bomb went off, it appeared.

The radio turned off. He left the bloody control room where he killed his subordinate and colleges in spot.
