Secret plan

Standing before the church, Jalter ground her teeth in anger.

The church here worshiped a hero not a god like her church. Despite so, she still wanted to destroy it. 

Although she knew her memory was fake, she couldn't stop her anger. As long as those heretic disappears from this planet, will she feel the air is easy to breath.

Also those rotten noble would face the same fate like her. Her vengeance would never stop until all things disappeared.

While immersing herself in her thought, a warrior clad in black armor dropped down from the sky.

"Hello there. Flame lady. Do you need something to cool yourself?"

"You are the guy back there. You truly didn't learn anything. You think I escape because I'm afraid you. Never. I'm just in hurry or else I turned you into crisp fried human. Get out of my way. Loser."

"Loser. That's a good way to identify me. How about you let this loser teach you how to be a loser. Sound fair."

"As if I want it" She drew her sword ready to kill this clown. Although the appearance is the same, the tone and attitude are different from previous.

However, she didn't care.

"I assume you accept my teaching."

"Who accept your teaching." She blasted a fire slash towards Jean who played as Momon.

Jean was simple interfering it with wind pressure from her swing.

"Nice slash. But mine better than your"

Jean returned attack with the same method. Fire ignited on sword and Jean swung it towards Jalter. Jalter just ignored it but changed her mind at last second. She barely got hit by the attack. The slash moved pass her and made its way towards the building behind her. Out of her expectation, 10 buildings were halved into 2 parts.

"It seems like my skills is dull as time passes. However, this is more than enough."

Jalter changed her attitude. She got more serious when facing the guy before her. 

"I remember clearly that you are not this strong" Jalter said.

Indeed, Ainz playing as Momon last time wasn't strong at this level because he didn't know how to use sword. He just used brute force to swing the sword and level to overwhelm his opponent. Ainz's skill in sword having too many holes and weakness. 

Jean was different. She had rich experience in sword. It's just this time she used board sword. This is new experience for her but won't be long.

"I just have some issue back then." Jean suddenly turned her head to the right side.

"Excuse me for few minute." Jean touched her helmet.

"Ah. Boss. Sorry that I will be late" Jean talked to her system.

[This is emergency why you still play around.]

"I didn't play around. I just increase the chance to succeed. After all, hearing the situation at that place makes me felt my strength is not enough."

[Remember coming if you finish. I will call another Jean.]

"Have good journey, Boss." She put her hand away her helmet.

"Sorry. Some emergency problem appears suddenly. I think original will be fine since I have predicted future." Jean brandished her sword. "Will we continue lesson?"

"Fuck off" Feeling that she couldn't hold the victory in her hand, Jalter summoned dragons to test him first.

"Smart move. But not enough." 

Jean analyzed Jalter's decision. 

'So she wasn't too angry to give a right solution. I thought she would charge at me and fight in close combat. Look like she knows how to use brain. Making me so worry.' Jean thought.

"Let's put this battle to another level." Jean opened inventory and secretly took out a purple crystal. 

She broke it and slammed it into the ground.

[New dungeon have been created. Do you want to continue?]

Jean clicked Yes. Immediately, the sky appeared the crack like spider-web.

This strange phenomenon attracted everyone. 

"This is your doing, Elder Lich." Evil eye stared at Ainz Ooal Gown. Her body covered wound. 

"Evil eye." Captain of Blue Rose, Lakyus said with concern.

"Stay back. This is not an opponent that you can handle." 

"Indeed, even this old lady can't handle me" On Ainz's leg, Rigrit was immobile. She was still alive but couldn't move for some reason.

"Anyway, I am the culprit who cause all events happen today."

"You monster."

"Now. You will feel utter despair, human." Ainz acted out of character a little bit.

Ainz wasn't sure about her plan but he still felt guilty for attacking her without any reason.

He hoped this will compensate her a little bit.

"Hmm"

"What's wrong. Monster."

"Ah. No. I'm just thinking something." Ainz touched his jaw.

"Why I sympathize her from the beginning by the way." He asked himself.

He remembered all the past event together with her.

"That's so strange" 

He found something out of place.

"Why I want to kill her from the beginning anyway. And also, why I trust her like I trust my friends. After all, she is a stranger."

He is a normal human just like other human. According to his understand, this is not how he will treat stranger.

"Something was wrong but I can't figure out." He scratched his bald head.

His storm of thought stopped when he saw the crack on the sky.

Many monster poured out from the crack.

Everyone received this message through a floating screen.

"What is this thing?" Climb asked. He tried to touch but his hand phased went through it.

Not just him, everyone felt this thing was strange.

But no one cared about this screen.

Scream scattered in capital. Everyone was running for their life.

Royal army couldn't do anything beside protecting royal member.

In castle.

"So this is the end of country. What have I done wrong?"

"Father. You didn't do anything wrong. It's just a sudden disaster that our country have to face." Renner said with caring voice.

But her father didn't care anymore. The only thing he cared was to evacuate and restart at new place.

Dragon attack. Underground organization attack. Monster attack. What's next.

His old bone couldn't handle those mess.

"Under my order, we retreat to E-Rantel." For a first time, he gave a hard decision. That was abandoning this place.

Hearing this, other nobles couldn't help but accepted this order.

They didn't have a choice excepting running away like a woman.

"Everyone know what to do now. Escaping and planning for a future. This capital can't be saved anymore." He said then left silently.

"My daughter. You have 2 minutes preparing." Before completely disappeared, he reminded his daughter. 

Renner couldn't say anything to persuade her father. Her plan. All ruined.

She looked at city through window. The scene was too chaotic. Dragon burned city. People's running away from monster. Without saying, their end wouldn't be good.

She stared with dark gloomy eyes.

In the middle of city

"Keep doing. You are trying your best"

The fight between warrior clad in black and dragon witch turned the city into the ruin.

"Shut up. You are annoying"

"Sorry. Trash talk is one of my habit. I can't change that. But you can."

"Dog shit." Her hit became more violent and vigorous.

[Joy. We need to talk.]

"Sure, Boss. I don't mind about that."

[The person that you are going to recruit. Isn't he dangerous?]

"Dangerous. Yes. I feel that his strength is stronger than mine but he always calculates before action. That is why I gasped this golden opportunity."

[Even so. How can you be sure that he will be your ally to the end?]

"Indeed. I can't be sure about that but" Jean stopped a short moment before answered. "I know how to make him become docile."

[How can you do that?]

"Easy. Do you know Golden Experience Requiem."
