When she opened her eyes again, she found herself in an unfamiliar place; staring straight up, she saw the dashes of white puffs of clouds floating above her head.
It was a warm kind of sky with the open blueness in between as the sun's heat shone down on her face as she lay down.
She feels the ground like that of beach sand that's as tiny as small atoms of particles as she sits up from the warm sand.
As she sat up, she could see that she was on an unfamiliar island, and she could see only the vast ocean in front of her.
Her heart palpitated with anxiousness as she couldn't see that figure in her dreams; standing up immediately, her small face filled with anxiety as she found herself lost in this place without him.
Tears immediately came down her face as she realized that she couldn't find him here, fear overwhelmed her, and she called his name loudly for him to be here again.
"Jon!"
"Jon!"
There was only the echo coming back to her on this foreign island, as she finds herself so lost, thinking that he must have abandoned her now because he got tired of taking care of her prideful whims.
A part of her chose to believe that he must have been inside the forest after she calmed down for a moment, running deep into the jungle to find him again.
The jungle was thick with dense trees and thick leaves as she ran through to find him; at one point, she found her feet hitting a tree root on the ground and falling on the ground weakly.
She looks down to see that her knee has been bruised because she is not wearing the proper wears to survive in the jungle.
For this moment, she feels so alone on this large island, but she chooses to stand back up again as she scratches away the teardrops welling from her eyes.
Standing back up using the little strength she has, and as she looks down, she finds that her dress has already been dirtied from the soaky soil wet from the rain.
As she was about to continue walking forward, she found a strength that pulled her back as something fast blurred past her and hit something.
When she saw what it was that shooted past her, she realized it was a sharp piece of wood stabbing a snake to the ground.
Before, she didn't even realize a snake was hanging on the tree because it was camouflaged so well in its surroundings.
"Are you crazy," a stern voice commanded her from behind, and when she turned back, she saw that it was the familiar face of Jon looking at her with concern and worry, "you could've died-"
Before finishing the rest of his sentence, he felt this endearing little creature hugging him tightly around his chest as she sobbed dearly.
He didn't know what it was as his stern expression became relaxed as he hugged her warmly in his arms.
"I thought you abandoned me this time," she told him through the sobs as her eyes were wet with tears, but even with tears from her eyes, he still found her little face so adorable, "I thought you didn't want me anymore."
"Why would I not want you," he asked back, looking at her with renewed warmth as she hugs onto him tightly with innocence in her eyes.
"You were gone when I woke up," she said to him and pouted her cheeks cutely, "I didn't know where you were."
He looked at her with affection in his eyes, revealing the truth of his love so honestly, "Did you not see the words I wrote on the sand?"
She was surprised when he heard him mention the words, and upon reflection, she realized some words were written on the sand on the beach, but she was too afraid to notice.
She was smiling awkwardly in reply.
He touches her head affectionately as this small creature hugs him tightly, "Let's go somewhere so I can take a closer look at your bruise."
He sweeps her off her feet, which surprises her as she looks at him shyly with those innocent blue eyes, and her cheeks a color of pink as she blushes deeply.
He also smiles at her as they exchange eye contact; the confidence in his eyes as he stares into her only makes her heart beat that much loudly, afraid that he'll notice how nervous she is from the certainty of his presence.
Soon he carried her to an open grass field, and he put her down on a rock for her to sit.
She has her eyes down shyly as he observes the wound on her knee; she watches his face from the corner of her eyes as he cleans the damage and then puts a bandaid on the scar.
She likes that serious expression he has whenever he cares about her; she finds herself entranced by the charming way he is when he is so focused.
And finishing caring for her wound, he looks her fixedly into her eyes as he tells her, "I promise you I would never leave you. Don't doubt that, because I love you with all my heart and soul," putting his hand on her warm cheeks which has a slight blush from hearing his words.
"You really mean that?" She asked shyly in a soft voice as her large eyes nervously looked down at her fingers.
Jon observes how she is cutely moistening her lips and remembers the memory of the first time she confessed her love for him under that sunlight in the forest.
Without saying anything else, he rushes into her.
He kisses her on the lips, which she was not expecting as she could feel the softness of his lips delicately touching her, but soon, she closes her eyes and wraps her arms around his back delicately.
Parting from the kiss, he looks at her with seriousness, "You would not even believe how much I want you."
Touching her head affectionately, he brushes her golden hair behind as their eyes remain fixed, forgetting all of the time and lost in between that soulful connection.
