Chapter 12: The Kids
Predictably, Levi did not see the problem. Which led to a hushed argument about whether or not they were, in fact, wolves, or people. The children seemed blissfully unaware of everything happening, and to Amanda’s relief they were soon holding their mugs and drinking out of them after mimicking her and Levi, but the point still stood.
She went to bed that night knowing that there were two wolf pups sleeping at the end of Levi’s bed, feeling odd about it. It wasn’t her place to tell anyone how to raise their kids, but it was sad to think that Levi’s anger towards humans was robbing Utah and Dakota from the other halves of themselves. Surely not all shifters were thus?
