Sol was angry enough to do this by himself. They all walked through the door in an awkward march, but Sol intentionally led them back to an alleyway he knew the Vampires had a tunnel in. As soon as they got around the corner a fireball landed on Sol's back and smoldered against his ward. With the clarity of battle pressing on his fingers, he found them suddenly weaving the same ward on Peppi with ease. It landed on her just in time to absorb the damage of another wave of their fireballs.
"Ha," Sol said. He and Peppi stood there, their lack of action mocking the five who stood across from them. Aaron wound his arm up like he was about to throw a baseball as he hurled an exceptionally large ball of demonically charged fire magic at the skin-tight barrier.
Sol pulled magic into his legs and sprinted forward in a blur towards Abe. Not really having planned the attack, Sol thought only to head butt him him at the last minute.
