Finally, I can get away from my potential attackers. As we drove past the vast gate, I relaxed my body and let out a huge sigh.

"Wow, I guess someone did not like the party." He said. I turned in his direction and huffed.

"What is your name?" I asked him genuinely curious. He smirked and did not say a word. we drove through a long and dirty road that I did not recognize. I turned back to see where we came from and saw that it was the only road in and out of that place.

"Are you that uncomfortable around me?" He asked. I turned back to him and saw that he was somewhat sad. I shook my head.

"Hey, come on, I want to know your name. I cannot entrust my life to a stranger you know." I said trying to change the subject. He still did not say anything.

"Are you going to ignore me now?" I asked him kind of pissed. He chuckled and turned to the road.

"My name is Samael." Did I hear it right? Why did his name sound so sweet when he said it?

"That is a nice name," I said, "I like it." I mouthed his name on my lips trying to get the hang of it.

"You are the first person to say that." He said.

"I mean it I like your name," I said. Did he not like his name? I was curious as to why.

"Why did you want to leave the party?" He asked me. I did not answer his question. It made me feel uncomfortable even thinking about what was about to happen. "Fine then don't say anything." I turned to my window to look at the sky but it was pitch black.

"In a few seconds, it is going to rain." He said.

"How do you know that?" I asked him not bothering to look at him. I rolled the window down to enjoy a bit of fresh air.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you." He said What did he mean? I ignored him and continued looking at the night sky. Something wet fell on my cheeks, then another and it continued. I stretched my hands out of the car to feel the rain and red droplets fell on my hand. Why were they red droplets? I retracted my hand and brought it close to my face. It smelled like rusted iron. Something about this smell was familiar but I couldn't put my finger on it. That was when I realized it was blood. I let out a small scream and closed the window. I wiped my hands on my trousers with disgust I hated blood.

"I told you not to do that but you did not listen. Now did you?" I raised my eyebrows.

"How did you know that would happen?" I asked him. How can it rain blood? While I am in the car it looks like normal rain but when I stretched my hand out it was blood. How is this even possible. It has to be a prank.

"It normally rains blood. How did you get here?" He asked me with a confused expression. I rolled my eyes at his obvious question.

"Obviously by car, what type of question is that?" I asked him. He drove the car to the side of the road and stopped. He turned the car engine off and faced me. He had a confused expression on his face.

"Do you know where we are?" He asked me. I shook my head wondering what he meant. This conversation really was starting to become uncomfortable. How would I know where I was I came here with the person I trusted the most and that was enough for me then but now thinking about it, I am starting to see and experience things that I have never seen before. I scanned the area around us and noticed there were no trees, but when I rolled down the window there were trees. It all looked like an illusion. What was happening to me? Was I drugged? Tears began to form in my eyes. I started to panic I cannot believe that this was happening to me.

"Hey, calm down. I will explain everything. but right now I need you to calm down. Okay?" He asked me. I nodded and tries to compose myself but it was difficult. He held my hand in a comforting manner. I did not know what it was but whenever he touched me I felt safe. It was like I belonged.

"I am sorry," I said. I looked at him, "this is weird. I just met you but you have seen me being emotional." I huffed. I did not even realize that I was crying until I spoke. My voice came out wavered.

"How did you come here?" He asked me. I explained to him about today's events leaving out the part where I almost got raped.

"Okay, I know this is going to sound weird but no matter what say. Can you promise me to have an open mind and believe me?" He asked me. I nodded and he continued. "You are not on earth." I waited for him to continue but he didn't. He looked at me with pleading eyes going that I would understand what he meant but I did not.

"Please stop with the jokes. It is not funny. I just told you what went through yet you have the courage to play with me." I was frustrated to think that I could even trust him. Why is my luck running out now?

"I am not messing with you Eyllah, It is the truth." How can I believe such a useless joke? I shook my head. How could I think that I could trust him? I unbuckled my seatbelt and unlocked the door.

"Please do not get out of the car. It's dangerous." I looked back at him and smiled. I was not going to stay in the same car as him I rather take my chances in the blood rain. I got out of the car and regretted it in a minute.
