45th SS - Divine Records: Space pt.1

"Yufei! Eat my Dragon Subduing Palm!" Copying the moves he has seen from some Mount Hua Sect disciples, Yangwei, son of Yangmen Chamber of Commerce focused all of his energy into his right arm before he pushed his palm out towards a frail, skinny boy in front of him called Yufei.

When the palm strike made contact with the frail boy's body, despite Yangwei not being able to use internal energy, still managed to push Yufei back significantly.

Even Yufei, who was already used to being bullied and tormented by the people around him, opened his eyes in shock when he was hit with the palm strike.

In fact, since his body was already so weak due to malnutrition, Yufei couldn't help but cough out blood as he tumbled backwards into a tree.

"Wow, who knew I've gotten this strong already…To think that I'd be able to push the puny and useless Yufei to near death. I might even be able to join Mount Hua Sect soon as long as I continue to beat up kids from the slums, hahahaha!" Seeing the sorry state he made Yufei become, Yangwei burst out laughing with glee.

Just then, the family butler of Yangmen C.O.C came by.

"Young master Yangwei, the master wishes to see you." The butler said before disappearing in a flash.

"Tch, why does father want to see me now of all times? I was just getting ready to punch Yufei more…" Turning his fat head towards Yufei, Yangwei deviously smiled before walking away with his servants in tow to go meet his father.

10 mins later..

When Yufei woke up, he found himself covered in bruises and scars while the fresh blood that dripped from his mouth just now had already dried up.

Wiping the dust and mud off his body, Yufei cracked his fingers before he got to his feet using the tree as support.

Since Yangwei's palm strike had caused severe damage to Yufei's body, even just breathing made the frail boy writhe in pain.

Just then, rustling noises could be heard from above when a black object fell from one of the branches of the tree and landed directly on Yufei's head, knocking the frail boy out cold again.

Soon, hours passed by…

Yufei continued to lie under the shade of a tree in a forest owned by the Yangmen Chamber of Commerce.

It seemed as though Yangwei had forgotten about the knocked out Yufei since not even the chamber of commerce's janitor came by to check up on Yufei.

Of course, Yangwei wouldn't even care if Yufei would outright die in the middle of nowhere since he wouldn't need to bury the frail boy's body afterwards.

And if Yufei was still alive, Yangwei would just send his servants to go and capture Yufei back into his household again. It'd be too trashy of him to let go of someone who could potentially usurp his reputation as well as his family's reputation in the future.

Abuse? Where? Malpractice of human slavery? I don't know what you're talking about? Being used as a punching bag? Sounds like a skill issue to me.

As long as the source of trouble can be nipped at the bud, everything else will smooth out themselves when the time comes…or so Yangwei thought.

Never in his wildest dreams did Yangwei think that Yufei would disappear from his servant's sight the moment the black object lying on Yufei's head would get absorbed into Yufei's body.

When Yufei woke up from his 2nd knock out, he found himself in a white empty room. "Ugh, what….happened? And, where am I?"

Looking around the room he was in, all he could see was four white walls, a white floor, a white ceiling….and a door. Turning the doorknob before pushing the door, Yufei now found himself in a black room with white windows.

"Is this hell? Did I just enter hell for being some rich kid's punching back? Tch, how fun." Yufei coldly sneered.

As an outcast who could do nothing but be made fun of and bullied by normal children, Yufei was forced to develop a mature mindset since he wanted to survive and not die a dog's death.

Seeing how there was an infinite number of rooms to explore, Yufei decided to shed the worries from his current life since the only thing that could hurt him now was boredom and insanity.

Roughly 2 months later…

Upon opening the 420th door in the mysterious space, Yufei finally found himself in a lush forest very much like the one owned by the Yangmen Chamber Of Commerce.

"Wah, finally! I'm free!" The change of scenery from the black and white rooms to the current green forest. It made Yufei smile with glee since all he could do in the other rooms was look around for a bit before moving on to the next room. Oh, how dull was that.

But when Yufei walked towards a nearby stream to drink, he noticed something odd in his reflection. In the middle of his forehead laid a black crystal the size of a thumb.

But when Yufei touched it with his right hand, he felt nothing. It was as if the black crystal existed in another space parallel to his forehead.

Of course, if that was indeed the case, Yufei could only ignore the black crystal till he had the appropriate strength and knowledge to deal with it. "Ah~, that was refreshing. Now then, where shall I go next?"

In his Yufei's mind, the frail boy thought that he had succeeded in escaping the weird space after arriving at this forest room.

Unbeknownst to him however was that this forest space was merely a checkpoint for him and that Yufei would have to travel through the black and white rooms again.

It took Yufei 5 hours to realize that the forest he was in was not an actual forest and that he was still in the mysterious space.

How did he find out? He was busy savoring some berries when a crisp "Pang!" sound resounded. Yufei had unknowingly hit the world border of the forest room.

"What the–? What is this? Why is there a barrier here? Have I not escaped the mysterious space yet??" Yufei madly roared. He was ever so slightly closer to losing his sanity while staying in the mysterious space.

Following his outburst, a string of words magically appeared above the place Yufei had hit with his forehead.
