An NPC's Reality

        After hanging out for a few days in Portland, we were ready to keep exploring. At this point, we had a whole group of people who wanted to explore the world with us. Matt even found a cute book-smart girl named Shannon. You should see the way he looks at her, it’s crazy.


	“Ready to go, guys?” I asked as we were all crowded around the next portal which was in an old telephone booth.


	“Yep, as long as those two are done making out.” Grayson responded, looking at the new couple.


	“You ready Matt and Shannon?” I asked as we got closer to them.


	“Mm yep. Ready to go.” Matt said and they both nodded and proceeded to hold hands. Her shoulder-length blonde hair was curled and held behind her with a scrunchy. She wore brown glasses that matched her eyes. Her outfit was a simple pair of black jeans and a light purple t-shirt. 


	“You can call me Shan. My full name is way too formal.” She told us.
