"Thanks, Mara. Dinner is superb." Adam complimented the cooking of his future mother-in-law. He believed it was one of the most delicious meals he had ever tasted.

He dined in several famous restaurants and tasted many delicacies created by excellent chefs worldwide. But he still believed Mara had managed to level with them through her cooking skills.

However, he could not help but think of her future wife, remembering how much she lacked in her cooking skills. She must have acquired more of the aggressive genes of her father, not much from the domestic side of her mother.

"I heard from Avana that you can also cook some delicious steak. Maybe you can share some of your secrets with me." Mara countered, liking a man who knew his way in the kitchen.

Unfortunately, her husband and her children never learned to appreciate the art of cooking. However, she was happy that Avana was making an effort to learn.
